I have asthma and i am not able to get my prescriptions right now. What would be some good over the counter meds to buy and some home remedies to help.

I've always have a low self-esteem and I feel like I'll never be good enough. I feel that I'll always be alone I won't have guy to be with I don't have the body of a model and a pretty face that guys want and I don't have anyone to talk because no one would want to talk to me I'm tried of feeling this way and I dont know what to do.

I recently buy a box of U By Kotex Regular size tampons and this is my first time trying to use one but when I put it in I can t get it in farther than to the tip of the tampon.. How do I get it in farther? Are there any smaller sizes and which brand feels more comfortable to use?
