I'm having issues with my Compaq Presario laptop. I wasn't able to load the computer past the Welcome screen without running it in safe mode. I turned it on yesterday, and it loaded correctly in regular mode to my desktop.

I was able to get online, but i wasn't able to open any of my desktop icons, including my Malware and Virus removal software. I received runtime errors on every icon I tried to open. I also noticed "Security Tool' is now downloaded.

How am I supposed to remove the Security Tool and work around the runtime errors, if I can't open the Spyware or Malware software? Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

I'm having issues with page numbering on my Word document. The numbers start at 2,3,4,5,6,7 then 3,3,3,2,2,2, etc. How can this be fixed so the document will be numbered correctly 1-63? I tried copying this text into a blank document and formatting the page numbers and this error still occurs. Thanks in advance.
