Bring eury sr. back with Jr. And last but not least put Letarte back in the shop as a janitorial crew chief, he would still have the title but not the ability to F/U anything he wants to but this is the good part............IT WON'T MATTER TO ANYONE BUT HIM, no destroying a whole team and one of the greatest drivers in the world.. I hope Rick is reading this...........please make this happen I am the ultimate Jeff Gordon fan, please listen!!!!!!

Its not working anymore and hasn't been. Gordon is not even the same driver that he was. I mean Hendrick has already replaced Jr's crew chief before. What gives, does anyone know? Addington was replaced at Gibbs and Kyle was WINNING. This is too tough for even the most diehard Jeff Gordon fans to see. I would rather he retire than to see this futility anymore with this crew chief.

Johnson has but not Hendrick. Check out these numbers for two of the most popular drivers in the sport. Gordon- 1 win in the last 101 races, that is unreal. If he wasn't a four time champ, he would already have been replaced, no kidding.

Now for Jr.- 1 win in the last 159 races, incredible. I know part of his winless streak dates back to when he was with DEI but if his last name was something other than Earnhardt would he even be in the Cup series or if he was would he be a start and park team. Surely things would be different than they are now. I know Martin won a few last year but now he has also became a field filler. I think Johnson is the only legitimate title threat at Hendrick and has been the only "real" threat for a championship at Hendrick. All of Hendrick Motorsports don't run the same. It doesn't add up at all to me. They pay money for all the places but the champion is all that makes the headlines and defines a drivers career, and they all know it. Gordon, Jr., and Martin don't have a chance at winning a championship at this time, and I truly believe they know it. Hendrick needs a shakeup from the top down.
