So I am going to be bleaching about 2 inches of the ends of my virgin hair. When my hair reaches the yellow- orange stage, can I use a regular blonde hair dye (champagne blonde) as a toner? I heard that by using blonde dye over the hair, it can take out brassiness, but I've heard from others that it can't... Please help!!!

I'm going to be coloring my hair with Splat- Blue envy and the shampoo that I currently have is Herbal essences- none of your frizzness. Because Splat is a stain rather than a permanent dye that gets absorbed, it won't last too long. I don't want to get a color preserving shampoo for my dyed hair because it will practically be semi permanent anyways. Will the shampoo & conditioner I have strip the hair color quicker? Will I have to get a color preserving shampoo?

I have really bad experience with buying cover up. I can't find a cover up that is good for me! My skin isn't too dry but it's still flaky in some spots. the cover up I have is liquid, ("maybelline dream mousse for dry skin- full coverage" because of acne) but it's sooooo oily on my skin and shines so much. I've tried putting powder to set it, but it just makes everything worse. Is there a type of liquid foundation that you apply liquid but dries and sets beautifully and without shine like powder? Or a powder that doesn't dry out skin? Oh please, I'm begging you! Are there any recommendations? Thank you!!

My cousin wants to get a tattoo on her forearm. the purpose of the tattoo is to cover the scars on her arm due to self harm when she was a child. So when I'm on Mozilla Firefox and i go to a website and i type in a username and password to sign in, in the top corner it says, "would you like Firefox to remember this password?" and if you click the option below it that says "remember", every time you go to the website it says your username and password already typed in. i accidentally pressed the remember me option but i dont want it to. how can i undo this?

Sooo , a while ago, my laptop shut down due to a virus and then once i got it fixed, everything in my computer was erased, including my itunes. If i download itunes again, will my songs and stuff be restored? or will i have to buy everything AGAIN..

My friend is a cutter. It's not too major, but it's not incredibly a minor issue. and people are getting suspicious.. she's going to see a psychologist soon, so what would happen if they found out? I want a septum piercing more than anything. Please, I'm begging you, don't submit answers that are hateful and that say that piercings are gross, etc, and that i shouldn't want them. if so, don't even bother to keep reading.

I am in fact a minor, so i will need parental consent to get a septum piercing. I cannot self pierce it due to my low pain tolerance and fear or injury. my parents are very very strict on piercings. my parents say that people with piercings other than ear look creepy and like freaks. I just want a septum piercing and I told her i wouldnt even wear it around her. but they say they "dont want me to be shunned by society and be labeled as a freak". i want to explain to them in the most convincing way possible that I honestly believe that a septum piercing would make me very happy, and that I want them to understand that I dont care about what society thinks. people will care for me either way. I would just greatly appericiate if somebody could please help me change my parents minds and let me do what makes me happy.
