When trying to make some programs with Visual Basic, I realized that I don't know how to run this code outside of the IDE. After a little searching on Google, I was not able to find any ways to run my programs. I think that you are able to do it with the command line, but I need another method in cases when I can not access the command line or IDE.

In years past I have had issues with my teachers not really doing their job... I was wondering what ways would make it so that I would not be neglected each year. I have already talked to all of my teachers and they really don't care. Should I talk to the counselor and/or the principal, or just try to teach myself?

My teacher is really bad, and i am advanced in Mathematics, but she is not helping out at all. So I have been trying to teach myself using the internet, but to no avail. Is there any useful websites that you have found that teach the upper side of High School math effectively (for free)?
