  • Question about storage space on ipad?

I am trying to download an app which is in HD. My ipad keeps saying there is not enough storage space. Initially, I had 4.9mb of free space, I have now signed up for more storage space so I now have 245mb free space and it still won't load. I have tried switching the ipad off and back on but that hasn't worked.

    Any ideas gratefully accepted!

  • Advice on parcel left at my address?

About 3 weeks ago, a delivery guy knocked on my door and asked whether I could take a parcel for my neighbour. A little reluctantly, I did agree to sign for it, so you can imagine my horror when it turned out not to be a small box of some kind, when he collected it from his van it was a large box (containing a child's bike, by the way). It also turned out not to be for my direct neighbour, but someone down the road who I did not know. I asked the guy twice whether he would leave a note telling them where it was, as I was concerned that I didn't know them and didn't want to have to lug the thing down the street.

After nearly a week, I eventually went down the road to their address to ask if they wanted the parcel. Turned out, they were not expecting it until 3 days after it was delivered to me and had actually waited in all day for it (not having received a note). They stated that on principle, they would not collect it and wanted the delivery company to collect it and deliver to them.

This is all very well, but 3 weeks later, I still have the thing in my garage and despite e-mailing the large supermarket chain involved, there is no sign of anyone collecting it. I wouldn't be suprised if the customers have had their money back or a replacement by now.

My question is, do you think I am within my rights to dispose of it? I was thinking of raffling it for some form of charity, I'm not looking to make money personally off it. Where do I stand legally and/or morally though?

    Thanks

  • Lexmark 3600-4600 printer printing only blank pages?

I had to change the printer cartridge - black - a few days ago for the first time. The printer prints out an alignment page which only has the black lines on it, not the coloured ones. Says there is a problem with the alignment. I have tried cancelling the alignment request, but when I try to print the paper goes through but comes out blank. The printer works as a scanner, but not as a copier, which suggests it's a cartridge problem, but I don't know how to fix it. Anyone got any ideas please?
