Hello Yahoo! Answers friends. I am a non-redhead Irish American and I have a big dog named Max. He is spoiled. I mean, this dog has two beds -- that's two. What dog has two beds? I enjoy answering questions in Diet & Fitness because they are good questions that help keep my knowledge up in my field (Exercise Physiology). I have a Bachelor of Science in Education (BScEd) degree in Exercise Physiology and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
