I know this is going to be long but it's important and I need help.

My girlfriend hates her house and her family. Especially her mom. Her mom constantly verbally abuses her and occasionally physically. She tells me all the time that she can take it anymore and I can't think of anything that she can do to get away from it. We are in high school so we don't really have many options and I don't want to get her taken away by foster parents or something so does anyone know anything I can do or she can do?

I'm thinking about getting a zune but I don't want to be forced to pay for the music using their marketplace or whatever they call it. Would I be able to use my limewire and torrent music?

I need a guitar tuner for both my electric and acoustic guitars and I need a good reliable, consistent tuner. I also need it to be able to tune to other keys.

I just got a slightly used Spyder TL-R and it shoots great, but there's just one problem with it. Whenever I shoot, it doesn't recock, what I mean by this is that I cock it on the top, and shoot and then I have to cock it back a little in order to shoot again. I already cleaned it out and greased it and tried messing with the velocity a little bit but nothing helped so far. Any ideas on what I can do to fix it?

The game loads up to the main menu fine, but when I try to join a server it just freezes up and I have to press ctrl+alt+del to get out but then the task manager doesn't say it isn't responding.

I have all of my drivers up to date and everything.

When I try and launch the spore creature creator, my monitor says frequency out of range. I have a Gateway FPD1976W 19" Widescreen Hi-def monitor. The resolution is 1440x900. Any help on how to fix it?
