Hello. I reside in CA. Can i LEGALY have my dog in my unfenced front yard unleashed?

The question is CAN I not SHOULD I.

first of all i am very very Very well aware of the dangers of having a dog off leash. Even though my dog is a 5 year old miniature poodle i understand that even if well trained that he can run out after dogs people etc. and get into danger or cause danger.

With that said i am here to ask if it is LEGAL to have him sit out with me in my front yard off leash. With my yard having no fence.

I already know the answer it is yes because it is my private property

What i am really asking is if a leashed dog walks by and bites my dog while my dog is on My property and the leashed dogs is standing on the public sidewalk. Who is at fault?

In the eyes of the law only people not in your eyes of OMG you need to have your dog leashed omg its dangerous! Please and thank you :-)

Hi everyone!!!

So i would love to be able to eat hummus but even eating out of a thoroughly washed container that used to hold hummus makes me break out in vicious hives. I've always had food allergies but have grown out of most, but the sesame seed is not one of them. I was even sent to the hospital at 13 because i couldn't breath , my entire chest swoll and my lungs couldn't expand!!!!

Can you suggest a good alternative? Like a good dip that is all natural and healthy to eat like hummus?

Whats up guys,

So i Got all 4 new breaks, got the rotors shaved and all. Its been a few months and about 5-8 thousand miles. Idk im guessing but its been a couple months. At first it was only when going slow like parking. Now they are crying with every break. Sooo do you think there is damage being done?

Im going back to the guy but i just haven't had time he lives a city over. He is family friend, certifed, lives off doing it out his house pays taxes and all. Old guy, very experienced. So i feel bad for taking it back after so long but obviously im not going to continue to let them cry like this.

So do you think im damaging the rotors?

So my college chemistry professor is requiring us as her students to buy her course guide. So there is already a lecture text book and then a lab manual, which are expected. But she also wants us to bring to class everyday a course guide that she wrote. It has all of our assignments and exercises that we will be turning in. So basically if we dont want to fail we have to buy the 50$ book. It might not sound like alot but add it on to the list of expenses and it makes a difference.

So i assume the answer is yes it is legal because she is and has been doing it.

But what do you guys think??

Long story short. I know how to charge a new phone. (Plug in immidiently, charge to 100% for optimal battery life).

Got new phone

Plugged in came back 30min-an hour later and the dang charger slipped out of the phone slightly but just enough to disconntect the charging!

I was furious but what can i do but to plug it back in. So now its charged 100%

Is the battery life affected??

So I looked up a recipe for ribs but I was at the grocery store and in a rush to go babysit, sooo long story short I put all the ingredients together but I was supposed to make a dry rub, then bake the ribs, ThEn put bbq sauce after they were done cooking and broil them for a bit. So instead I mixed the wet and dry! So my question is what temp do I cook them, and how long. They are single pork ribs pre cut. I'm scared they will burn at the original temp, what temp am I supposed to cook these bbq slathered ribs? And do I wrap them in foil or wut? Thanks :)

Its been a while since I got all 4 breaks changed on my 09 malibu. High pitched squeek when breaking at slow speeds like parking or stoplighting. At first I figured I just have to break them in, but its been a while now, like more than two months, more than 400 miles. Should I take it back to the mechanic??

Ok so is it just me or is rachel ray the worst tv personality ever. I read that she's stressed and has even made staff members cry. That's understandable but it really shows on her cooking show. Her face and attitude is like she's just doesn't want to be there. Anyone else agree??

I know its not normal but has it happened to anyone else? I never drink anymore like maybe once every two months and on sunday I drank a small bottle of Jack Daniel honey whiskey at the beach and I was throwing up miserably all the way home and aaallll night. Horribly, I'm talking empty stomach lots of bile. Well I've been eating healthy all week and going to work and faking Wellness I even continue to go jogging and I feel better temporarily but I still feel very hungover, almost feaverish. I checked there's no feaver but I cant even text this in my phone without feeling crosseyed! I will go to the doctor if it continues into next week but I just want to know if its happened to anyone else and how did you recover and how fast??

Soooo my sons elementary school has this new bright marketing idea to send a second set of school pictures home, even though we paid for fall pictures they now send spring pictures home and say if you want to keep them you have to pay for them, and if you don't pay for them then you have to send them back. This is just ridiculous to me because of course my son is heart broken that we are sending his pictures back. But besides that they somehow ended up behind the couch and forgotten about and now it is past the deadline. Well I refuse to pay and I think that this marketing idea is hooey. Can I get in legal trouble because I feel as tho I never signed or agreeded to receive them and. They sent them anyways! Wtf!

So I had chips on my two front teeth and got veneers under my insurance but I originally asked for whiter ones and I chose whiter ones and somehow I got yellower ones. Long story short I went back two times telling him they were unacceptable and he fineally agreeded to redo them because they were not what I agreeded to originally But I needed to split the laboratory fee with him. He said $1000 for two teeth and that I need to pay $500 but I feel as tho he is lieing to me as all business men do. I want to ask for the invoice from the lab to confirm the price is he legally obligated to show me or is his word what I have to go one?

I am 21 and i know that dentists are mainly salesmen, my boyfriend was previously a dental assistant and has warned me many many times and in detail how to avoid falling in the sales traps of a Dentist. That aside i got new veneers from my general dentist due to chipping and sensitivity, and i now realize that he doesn't have a porfolio for a reason and it's because his work is not the best (so yes it is my fault for trusting him without reviewing his work first.) with that also aside i went ahead and got them and they were completely under my insurance, he labeled them as crowns and gave me veneers. The work is great except i had told him i wanted them to be whiter than my already nauturally white teeth because i know that i wanted to bleach my teeth in the future. Well during the color choosing phase with the assistant we chose a shade whiter than my teeth, she suggested two shades whiter but i said that sounded too white and i went with one shade whiter. She didnt give me the chance to really compare the colors and only held them up to my teeth for a brief moment and i felt very rushed and unconfident about the color choice when i left. But i decided it would be okay as long as it was a shade whiter.(my second mistake for not forcing them to take the time with me to choose a good color) I came back two weeks later when the new veneers came in and immidently noticed they were darker and yellower when trying them on!! The dentist said he could whitten them by putting a brighter cement underneath and i went for it( MY THIRD MISTAKE i shouldnt have accepted them and i should have demanded to get the right ones before he cemented them!!) So now they are definatly BRIGHTER but they are definatley YELLOWER so i now have two brighter yellower front teeth. :'( In some lights they look okay but for the most part they are noticeable by people who i have asked.

Well i called right away and made an appointment as soon as possible and he told me that there was no way that he could get them the perfect color and even if he changed them that they would still be off and that what i have is the best possible color. I know that is bullshit and he knows that its bullshit but i didnt want to argue with a guy who just didnt want to change them for me. So I ask is he olbigated to change them for me because i really want to go back a third time and demand for a change becausei even told him that I asked for whiter and I got yellower and he told me "weellll you can choose one color and no matter what there will be variations in the color when they make them in the lab."" BULL **** i know he was just trying to get me out of his chair!! I accepted his answer knowing it was comeplete crap because i feel like its my fault for not taking more time during the process.

Is he obligated to change them because I asked for whiter and got yellower??

I know i got the cheapest results because i only get what my insurance paid for but come on the shade can AT LEAST match!~!
