I dont know why but when i play my fps starts out at around 100 and 5 minutes into game its in the low 20s. Any ideas or solutions?

Comp specs:

2.4 ghz core 2 duo

3 gb ram

8600m GT 256 mb

running on vista with 1280x800 res and everything set on low.

Also i have fiber internet.. meaning 10mbit up and down (faster than cable).

I dont get why my fps is so low and it ranges. One second its 200 fps and the next its so choppy i can't move.

Im interested in buying a CO2 bb gun and I was wondering what the current gun laws are regarding them. Like am I allowed to carry it in my car or shoot it in my backyard.

Belkin F5D7230-4 router. Originally the wired worked until i used the wireless. Then it stopped working. I can get local internet (get the router page) through the wired, but i can't access the internet. Any ideas? (I can get to the internet on wireless).
