I can't get in my Gmail plus account. It's been a long time since I've got into that account and now that I want to retrieve my pics from there and from an old fb account but can't get in to retrieve my password. I've notified gmail and I was told it would take up to 5 days verify and get an answer after the wait, I was told that there is no proof that the account in mine. I've tried every password and no longer have acess to the phone number that it's associated with. I have reason to believe that someone hacked both accounts because some of the correct info I've used to acess my account is no longer correct and I'm not sure what to do. Please someone help me. I need a pass word to retrieve a password. Thanks!

Having trouble with the state comptroller's office. Need to pay a huge fine and just want to get it paid but they want all the money up front and don't have it. I want to be able to make payments and get it paid. Who do i contact for help. I'm not trying to weasel out of it. I'm going to pay it just can't do it all at once.
