He wants to close his 401k account with the prior company that is thru one America. The only problem is the plan admninstrator is his former boss, we are 100 percent sure that he will not sign off on the closing of said account. Is there anything we can do? We just want to move it to his new 401k account with the new company.

Long story short, took the GED test was told I passed. I enrolled in college threw the university of phoenix,attended 3 years took out student loans ect. Got really sick so didn't re enroll for my 4th year. fast forward a year I went to re enroll at a local college. After requesting my records from Michigan for my ged, it was told to me that I infact didn't have my ged, so couldn't enroll in my local college. I filled for ability to benefit discharge on my student loans recently . The irs offset line says a offset, but the myedu website says all awg in process are suspended.

We have a 03 yukon, we bought used and it had the silencer chip in it. My husband decided to pull the chip out while it was running and in drive then, shut it off, then put the chip back in. But now my car work start at all!!!!!!!! Anyone have any ideas (besides beat my husband?) As to what to do? We do not have a book on it as the dealer didn't even know it was on it......... OK this is kinda long but I am confused as to how to claim this as a part year resident. We lived in Michigan January 1, 08 thru Feb. 13, 08 we moved away to wyoming didnt like it and ended up moving back to michigan the end of July and are still currently here. How would I claim this on taxes or can I just claim from the end of July to Dec. ??

This has been bothering me since my daughter brought home a note last night and I want to know if anyone else feels the same as me or how they feel.

My 9 yr old 4th grader brought a note home last night that at the next school council meeting there are going to decided on weather or not they can tell you what your child can bring for a snack and in their lunches (as they put it decide weather or not to ban items). On this list is carrots apple crackers etc. all healthy stuff. It states that they are working on no longer allowing unhealthy snacks in the classroom and possibly the lunch room! Don't get me wrong normally my child takes oranges or the crackers with peanut butter etc, but on occasion I allow her to take a bag of oreos ( the little pre packaged ones) or something along those lines. In her lunches she gets to have a pudding cup. I do not think that a school should be allow to say you can or can not eat this. Its up to the parents. What do you think?

Can my boyfriend of many years claim my daughter and I on his tax return as he supported us all year because I am in school?

My 5mth old puppy started having diarrhea this afternoon. I can not get her to the vet until tomorrow as they are not open till then. She is active wants to eat drink everything. She is still running around playing with my older dog.The only sign she is showing is the diarrhea. I am just worried she might get more sick before morning. Any suggestions?

I am 25yrs old and have one child 9yrs old. I was diagnoised at 20 with PCO's. My fiance and I are trying to concive and have been for 2 years now. What I am wondering is if anyone has any suggestion as to what to try? We have tried clomid, metformin and weight lose. I am at a loss as to what to do. I havent had my period this month but did last month. took a home test and was negitive. im losing hope that this will ever happen. They have said we could try IVF but we are torn between wanting to try and not wanting to try due to the fact that they will not garuentee anything.
