I just finished the season 4 finale and my life is changed forever...

Okay, so my wife is about 50 pounds overweight (5'8" 200 pounds) and has been trying to lose weight for like 4 years now. She tries really hard for a while, gets discouraged, gives up and repeats the cycle. She has hypothyroidism which makes it harder to lose weight, but she is on the correct dosage of medication. I feel really bad for her because she gets so discouraged and upset. She has actually gained about ten pounds each year for the last four years.

Part 2 of this is I am 6'1" 155 pounds and my wife sometimes says she wishes I was overweight so we can lose weight together. I really don't need to or want to lose weight.

Anyways, this has only gotten worse over the years and we have both become very discouraged and frustrated. My wife hates the way she looks and doesn't want to be naked in front of me. It is affecting our sex life.

Any advice?

I do not have that degree but am considering getting that degree from PPCC. I just want to make sure I can get a job in that field if I spend the time and money.
