I injured my back while deadlifting about a month ago. It was not instant pain, i felt good while doing my sets and wanted a good workout so i did 2 more sets and still felt good about it. it wasn't till after i got home that i noticed something wasn't right. My muscles were already tight and it hurt my lower spine when i sat with bad posture. now its some spread out pain with one main muscle causing most of it. Ive talked to friends who have had similar injuries and their advice has helped me gain knowledge on the problem. I'm thinking a medical term for this is i pulled a muscle in my back. all info and insight on this will help tremendously and help me get back in the gym doing what i love

So I've been texting this girl for about a month now. we met right before school ended and didn't spend much time together but we text everyday. We talk about relatively deep stuff and say goodnight to each other and send the winking kiss emoji. Like i said we haven't hung out since we met. Im 19 and she is 20 and we go to the same university. Ive never been in a relationship before. I've gone on dates but never committed. I like her and she likes me but is it ok if I get other girls numbers since we aren't in a relationship? I don't won't to miss any opportunities if this doesn't work out... Is this bad or not? example: I saw a pretty girl at walmart the other day and was about to talk to her but didn't know if it was right or not.

I just finished my freshman year in college and i had a great time. I wasn't searching for a girlfriend i was just living up the college life and making good grades. I met a few girls and went on a few dates with one but nothing came of that. Now onto the real story. So on our dead days eve(dead day is the off day before finals) I got pretty drunk with a friend and we went to the big frat party that was happening that night. When we got there we realized the lack of dudes there and decided to take advantage of this great opportunity we had in front of us. Long story short, I danced with five different girls and got two numbers. Apparently I was A-game that night because the next day one of the girls was texting me. I later found out that she is a year older than me and used to be dating one of my fraternity brothers. Anyway, she added me on snapchat and we have been snap chatting a lot and she tells me I'm cute or hot a little too much. don't get me wrong i like the attention but i can't tell if she's like this with everyone. Today she sent me a snapchat of a plate of pineapple and said that its her favorite (if you know what pineapple does to the body you will understand). So in your opinion is this girl obsessed with me or is she kinda slutty?
