A few years ago I saw a video of 2 guys performing a small concert in straight jackets with back up dancers. I think the lyrics were about being crazy for the girl or something. Anyone know the song or maybe a popular French boy band?

So, for this class I have to write a case study. Basically, the problem presented to me is that I am a manager at a toy company. This other toy company tells me that they have trademark rights to a certain toy I sell. I know that a potential legal issue would be trademark infringement.

I just want to know if there might be another legal issue I'm not thinking about. Thanks!

I'm writing a poetry blog for extra credit. It is in no way serious, it's just to complete a poem a day assignment. I need some help naming it.
