  • are their legal reasons for displaying adult content on a website (forum)?

    I have a website which gives advice and allows other to pitch in on a forum which is moderated. We recieve some questions regarding the subject of sex and i was wondering if i need to restrict it to avoid any legal concerns.

    im thinking of having a popup on the website to just warn people that they are about to view content that is only appropriate for over 18s

    the subject matter can be a question regarding a sexual matter to something about sexuality so i dont want to restrict it. there is no nudity or graphic images.

    Also users who are not registered can view the website

    does anyone have any advise on my options here?
