Just curious, because recently I literally feel like I'm going through a depression right before my period and then soon I'm happy again! Its crazy because I'm conscious of the fact that its just PMS but yet I still get saddened by the littlest things.

I woke up around 3:00 am to extreme pain in the left side of my mouth. My gums seemed to be inflamed and that is where the pain concentrated. Although a large part of my left face was quite puffy compared to the right. At first I thought I had a gum infection or some type tooth decay. But, in the morning the pain had gone down a bit and after taking 2 ibuprofen it was even better. Im starting to think maybe it was allergic reaction to bite that I got in my sleep but really it was so random and I have no idea!! please help?!

Lately every time I eat or even think about food I feel week in the stomach. I love food and have never had this problem before. But I'm having a hard time eating the last few days. It is annoying because I just want to eat but can't get an appetite! I tried to get my self to eat a little but I felt like I might vomit. Also, every morning I feel light headed and nauseous.

I have a lump about the size of a Ping pong ball on the neck part near my hair line behind my ear. It is quite solid and firm. Although sometimes becomes soft. It has grown over the last 3 years and I'm starting to wonder what it is/what to do about it. It has never really hurt except now since I was trying to squeeze it. By the way I think I would to prick it to get any juice out because it's not like a pimple. Any help is appreciated thank you!!!

I am 5'6 female and weight almost 150 lbs. I would like to start by losing 10 lbs. and then go from there. I would be happy at like130 ish. How much should I try to lose per week in order to reach my goal? Any advice is appreciated!!!! Thank you !!!
