My son, 5yrs old, mother has full custody of our son. The day we were suppose to go to court she left my son and me at our house by leaving to court in my car. We were suppose to go into court claiming we worked things out, but she left my son and me stranded so we didn't show up to court. Because I didn't show up to court the judge gave her full custody. She has him 75 percent of the time. However, I say my son is with me 75 percent of the time because she likes to go out and party. But when she gets mad, she will use the court order to keep me away from my son. Also, she has a daughter from a previous relationship. Her daughter, 13yrs old, does not want to live with her mom because she knows her lifestyle. Instead her daughter lives with her aunt and uncle from her fathers side of the family. Mind you, her father is locked up for life, and the mother does nothing to get her daughter back.

A few other things I would like to point out, she has not worked in 6 years, sometimes acts suicidal, (and i have a voice mail from her friend claiming she is going to kill herself) drops my son off when ever she wants to go out, not abiding by the court order (which i don't mind) decided to rent my sons room out, so now he sleeps with her in her room, also she rents out three other rooms and the garage to 3 other guys, her daughter lives with the fathers side of the family, uses my son to torment me, punctured my tire when i picked up my son from her house and I didn't even realize it will we got home, and much more. and collects child support from me when I have her and her daughter on my medical, dental, eye insurance.. I have been working for the past 6 years and not once has she worked.

Do I have a case to go back to court to file for full custody? Should I get a lawyer or can I do this alone?

My Iphone goes from being on to shutting down to the Apple logo, all by itself. And it doesn't even connect with my Itunes online. Befoe it did, and now I can't download music or Apps bc it doesnt sync with my computer.

I work for a major retailer company, and they always say as employees we have the empowerement to make executive decions when neccessary. So in two days, I received two complaints, that was I was rude and unfriendly to different customers. However, all i did was follow the policy and procedure set forth by my company. Because the customer did like the answer i gave, my job may be in jeopardy. I been with this company for many years, nor have i receieved complaints in the past. So now my company is telling me they plan to look into this and submit a final decision by this coming week whether or not I still have a job.

So my question is, by me following the proper steps by following policy and procedure, and informing a manager of the complex situation, can I just be fired in the state california? Or is there something protecting employees from being fired from hearsay customers such as this, even when I covered my own behind.

Recently I had an involuntary repossession, and now through a court order I have to pay for violating the lease term and whatever the difference of which the car was sold for. So I owe apprx. 10k.

The judge ordered I pay 25% of what I make after I pay taxes plus daily interest of $3.35.

Currently I have to pay child support, plus medical and dental for my son. (700month)

I’m looking at my paychecks and I’m not contesting that I owe the money, but 25% is outrageous. After all my expenses (gas, food, my son) I’m left with nothing.

The 25 percent is just wiping me out, can I contest this and have it remodified so it’s not so much?

I purchased an Iphone off of my friend for 50 dollars, because he bought a new one. How can i hook up this phone, I'm having problems connecting it because as i connect it to I tunes, its requesting his phone number and social security. I thought I can just buy it and hook up under a new contract. What can I do, with out asking my friend for his info.

I failed to pay on my lease, but I did not read the fine print and now three years later I'm being garnished out my paycheck for a lease on a car i no longer have. It was an involuntary give back on the car, but I lost my job. Is there a way to get out of this crazy mess. I'm already paying for child support, and its not really worth it for me to work that many hours if they are going to take all my money.

What can I do? It's been three years and now i'm in a big mess. Help me. . . any laws out there that can help me. . .

Do you think a criminal case can be won on circumstantial evidence, alone?

I'm wanting to apply to different police agencies, however I'm not to sure if I should wait or go ahead and proceed with applying my application.

- I do not have the best of credit however, I been paying on alot of my old bills and almost caught up.

- My license has been suspended for the past seven months, but now its current. I left it on suspension, because I did not have the money to pay it, plus I did not have a car, so I just took the bus.

- I will be going to court next month for child support, my son mom is requesting that from me. Which I don't mind at all, being he's my son.

- There was a few times the police went to my son's mom house because I called the cops. She did not give me my son, plus she took my car keys away another time. But there was no police reports, (Does this matter if there is no police report)

So if you are a background Police officer, or can offer any suggestions on what I should do, please give me some advice. I know this is what I want, and I'm 26 yrs old. I've always wanted to do law enforcement, and I'm more ready than ever before, but I'm not sure what will happen during my process.

I entered into a lease contract for a sports car, and I failed to keep up with my payments. Now, they are saying I am responsible for up to 10k. The car was reposed and I do realize I failed my obligation.

I guess my question is, am I responsible for this amount? Is it negotiable? And here is my side why I feel I am not responsible for the amount. They kept my contract that I signed and failed to ever send me it in the mail. I know I signed the contract, but can't them failing to send me my copy of the contract be a failure on their part as well. . .

I know this guy and i wanted to know what happend to him. He went to jail and I don't know when he will be getting out. Is there a way to find out.

I just bought a truck and drive approximately 175 miles a day. Do you think there are companies out there who are willing to advertise their company logo on my vehicle, and I collect some type of residual income for it? How much money do people normally charge? I work five days a week and drive over 700 miles a week.

Do I need some type of permit for this, and which companies do you believe are inclined to pay me, in order to promote their company logo and get some exposure while I drive to work.

I know someone who is making up false paychecks in order to have their house payment lowered?

They currently own a house, and rent out all rooms. They even divided up the living room and currently renting out the garage. I'm not sure if this is legal, but isn't there rules and regulations in regards to this.

They made up fake paychecks to show countrywide the amt. of money they make, which is extremely fake. Plus, they don't even work. I'm just curious what can be done in regards to this.

My sons mom has full custody of our son and i get to see him every other weekend. She has full legal and physical custody. After a month of the courts awarding our son to her, she feels bad and says she misses me. She now wants to marry me.

What if I marry her, what happens with the court order. Does it still stay in order or does it get thrown out the window the minute i marry her? And what happens if we get divorced, who will get custody or do we have to go back to court to do it all over again.

I am being charged with a criminal complaint, charging me with a violation of peanl code 594(b)(2)(1) which has been filed in Superior Court of California, county of monterey.

First of all how severe is this? I have never been arrested in my life, nor ever been in trouble with the law. I am 27 now, and this is my x -gf trying to get me introuble so she can take my son away from me. She is so vindictive and crazy. This event occured in oct. of 2008. She grabbed my phone and so I grabbed hers. As she pulled on her phone I pulled on my mine, but then i released hers, and it went flying into the wall; breaking. The cops were called, and I never knew she pressed charges until recently. I was even kind enough to help pay for her phone though.

Anyhow, whats the worst that can happen to me, and can this just be thrown out? I need your help please. I am not sure what to do.

The judge ordered us to go to investigations based upon the allegations we made against eachother.However, the investigator said he would give my son to me based upon the allegations and proof I had. Anyhow, the investigator mentioned to me that maybe I should work things out with my sons mom before our next court date (3 months later) Because if we did work things out we can drop all cases against each other, being she wanted full custody and I wanted joint.

So I took his advice and worked things out with her.In fact I lived with her during those three months and even put her and her daughter on my medical and dental insurance. I paid for the food, my son’s diapers and pretty much everything. I paid for her other car to be fixed so i can drive it to work.

Anyhow 3 months later come court date; she was my ride. We were both getting ready in the morning at her apartment. As I was getting my son ready she decided to leave with out me. We were supposed to drive to court together. And go into court explaining we had worked things out so everything can be dropped. But no, she left me behind and I did not make it to court. In fact I walked outside locking the door holding my son, and she was gone. We waited 3 hours before she came back outside, because we did not have any keys.

Therefore, the judge ordered me pay 2500 dollars of her attorney cost, and now I only get to see my son every other weekend for only 2 days. She left me behind, and didn't even wait for me. Now if i want to submit my allegations against her i cannot go through investigations, I have to go through Child Protectve Services.

She lied to me and played me obviously. I did not want to take my son from her, I really loved her and wanted to make things work, but she had other bad intentions.

Anyhow what can I do, I was fighting this alone and initially I had a strong case but now in the eyes of the court I’m a dead beat dad. That is not the case, I love my son and tried working things out with the mom. What can I do, how should I approach this. How long do I have to appeal??? Any advice would be great.

Okay the other day my crazy x-gf came over to my house. We have not been getting along for quite some time. Anyhow, she comes in my house forcefully, goes through my things and starts to throw things around. I then escorted her to my front door, in which she began to hit me, scratch me, and tear my shirt. I had scratches and a permanent scar from it. Police came and got both sides of the stories, obviously she lied, but the evidence of her actions was bloody on my face. Anyhow, I don't understand why the police did not arrest her. I mean she inflicted pain upon me, yes I'm a guy, but I'm not going to tolerate domestic violent behavior. The cops said because i poured water on her, that meant he didn't take her to jail, because he had conflicting reports. (this guy was a rookie, young)

Sounds like a bunch of BS to me. All he did was forward it the D.A and they tossed and they threw it out. What the hec, this is bs and something should be done.

Who can I complain to about this? Domestic Violence and I was the victim, and she did not go to jail? Very Odd

I’m going through a child custody battle and my son’s mother is trying to take my son from me. I have a few questions, because if I can prove that she is a liar then I may have a good shot of having my son. Due to the fact she is saying so many mean things about me which are blatant lies.

Anyhow, My son’s mom applied for medical and wick and was approved, She did not disclose her assets e.g. $400k house, her 20k car that she paid cash for, nor did she mention any source of income. Isn’t this fraud? She obviously can afford to pay a 3500 mortgage payment, but can’t pay for the delivery. FYI, I found out she’s a prostitute so that’s why were not together.

Just last month she wanted to collect child support from me, but on her FL150 income and asset form, she said she does not work but has 1500 in expenses, Plus did not mention anything about her house, property taxes (which total 3500month) nor her paid off car 20k value, even though it clearly states if you lie it’s Perjury.

Here is what is weird, she called up wanted to close the case, but child support services said she can not close it because I was the one who opened it. Why would she have wanted to close it? Fishy?

Also if she has been paying an average of 50k annually towards her house, (I do have her loan documents and trust deed) for the past three years, isn’t she suppose to report this to the IRS. Report her source of income, even if its under table. I ask because she has not did her taxes for 3 years but owns a house and is obligated to pay for it.

So what can happen to her? Who should I report her to? She is obviously doing wrong and now trying to take my son away from me. And she may be feeling the heat by trying to close the child support case. What do you think???
