I'd like to use orange by transferring the card from my alcatel to my iPhone but since I updated the iPhone to the latest software (3.1.2) it's no longer accepting the orange card, and like I said the O2 one doesn't work. And we don't have much money this time round, with 2 kids it's even harder, is there anywhere one can get free software from, even if it's just gonna last for a short while?

He'd lied to the police and told them that I threatened him (he's 6' 3'' - hardly someone I'd care to threaten) and I have let him get away with it at first but he did it again, so I wrote to the police station and explained that we've in fact had contact before, and that there were arguments such as about him swearing in a very busy pub referring to Manchurians as "f***ing Manchurians" and I was the one that immediately told him to stop swearing, and he's hated me ever since, I also wrote that I wish to report him for malicious untruth, because he lied about me to get his own back. I informed him by email that I reported him for malicious untruth and that I would urge him to stop lying about me to the authorities in order not to make the case against him even worse, I want to know if that will have any effect whatsoever, because I don't want him lying about me and get me arrested innocent, because I would rather take home to Denmark and see my family, and if he carries on lying I might not can see them - I'm dying to see my family, as I haven't seen them in a year! What else is there I can do to ensure he doesn't spoil my Christmas out of revenge?

- NB Whatever it is, it has to be within legally and socially acceptable boundaries! I do not accept answers like "Have him assassinated" or silly things like that because I could never do anything to break the law.

The other week, Jessica got arrested and mistaken for Julia. She had no ID on her at the time. Furthermore, there was a complaint made against Julia for harrassment (which she didn't commit) and Jessica got bailed in Julia's place.

As for proof, there is the hospital in which Jessica was a patient who could easily provide a description of Jessica which would match up with the information provided by Jessica.

They told Jessica to come for an interview on the 23rd of april, but because she'll be in Sweden for a courtcase against her ex (for ABG/GBH) she won't make it and has explained that to the police who said they'd send a letter with a new appointment (still: Jessica = Julia in their book) What happens, are they talking to the hospital that they know Jessica had been in, or will they still send a letter to Jessica and punish her for Julia's crime, because they can't find Julia (who besides is innocent anyway and the complaint is made up harrassment which has never been comitted)

My system won't run the program, I wanna install it to do my cv, for most people couldn't open it if I do it in Microsoft works, for not everyone has windows vista yet, especially not William Hill and other companies like that. Anyone who knows how to configurate the system to run Microsoft Office 2003?

My friend has been through a courtcase, started by social services, about her child's future, it has been decided that the little girl is to live with my friend's parents, who abused my friend in many ways during her childhood. A little bit like Stella vs Ben (EastEnders), and my friend is just not happy with that.

What hope is there to rescue the girl, and is it likely that they have changed like they claim they have, or do abusers never change (which is what I think)?

My mate had the idea of having tobacco, soft drinks, papers, everything to do with everyday needs available in betting offices. Would they ever do that?

And these 3 colored pens, yellow - white - blue from the bottom upwards? Some friends who work in WilliamHill already tried to get them, but without any success, and it's doing my head in as I recently lost a WilliamHill keyring that I got from a friend and didn't realize that it was not replaceable, tried to get it back but someone else nicked it obviously, it was gone then. Where are they available?

My friend has obviously been abused in her childhood, she has been raped anally, beaten in many different ways, been called various unpleasant names and at times was abandoned. Additionally, she sometimes was forced to eat rotten food, all these actions had been taken by her parents, I feel for her, but she is very difficult, can often misunderstand things.

She left a job because her manager called her names at work, because of a minor shortage in her till on her 3rd day of employment, and she just resigned almost immidiately after the event.

This shows she can sometimes overreact, even though she seems to not regret this occasion, has has regretted many others in the past.

She seems to have a personality disorder, if so, could the reason for it be the abuse she experienced in her childhood?

If you answer, it would be nice if you could say if you have experience with the issue, and if so, why as this may be beneficial for a court case she has regarding her 9 month old child.
