Wondering about the genetics that go into play regarding a dogs nose/snout length as I'm trying to determine the mix in the rescue I adopted/bought.

If a boxer and a lab or retriever were to mate what could be the possible nose length outcomes? Would it be short like the boxers, long like the labs or is it possible to "be halfway" between the two lengths?

His nose/snout is too long to be a boxers but still on the shorter end was wondering if I could rule out dogs with a longer snout......

It never says who asks the question and I want to be able to see if it's a troll, or a young kid etc? Other people seem to be able to find out I was just wondering how? Or is it because I'm still at a low level?

Asked a question the other day (about possible mixes in my pup) and someone responded that bully breeds are unpredictable and someone else said naturally aggressive. What are your opinions on that? Also they've been lumped together do you include the bulldog?

Is it possible that a purebred Boxer can have only a half mask (no black around his one eye)? Obviously he would be poorly bred if that were the case but wondering if it's possible. Have a rescue and the shelter believes he could be a full boxer (as owner stated) or that he could be a cross. Want to know so I can better understand his needs. Thanks for the help.
