I have been dealing with a yeast infection for the past few months after taking prednisone with knocked out the good bacteria balance in my gut.  I often hear that eating probiotic yogurt is a good way to treat and even cause die off reaction.  However, most yogurt contains sugar which the yeast feeds off of.  Is it only added sugar that I should avoid in yogurt?  What should I do?
