starting with, the growth of backup organs from a person own cell and blood type.

Once the organs are fully grown and stored, any damage that occurs after could be repaired with stem cells.

Until the organs become worn, and a transplant of the healthy backups are needed.

To combat brain deteriation, Implanting stem cells into damaged cranial tissues in old age,using nanbots, will keep the brain healthy and young.

Externaly, elacstin producing cells could be created ect.

Any connective tissues/muscles/linings/villi ect -regenerated.

In the case of Disease, enhanced wite blood cells, T cells, B cells and nanbots could be deployed to deal with any threats. keeping the body healthy and threat free.

As for eyes, bionic ones could be constructed, as eyes cannot be replicated by stem cells.

With all these points in mind, would a human be able to live for as long as they wanted ?
