Does anyone know where i could find the old rulings for al the other yu gi oh cards?

I'm a little confused about theeffect of this card Rivalry of Warlords the effect is this : Each player sends monsters they control to the graveyard so that they only control 1 type of monster. Each player can only control 1 type of monster..........

ok so lets say its only warriors and all i have are warriors does that mean my monsters stay and that if my opponent doesn't have any warriors that his get destroyed and would this card negate the summoning of other types or would they just get destroyed?

lets say yubel nightmare the final form attacks a face down defense position monster would you still loose the atk of the defense position monster?

chaos commands effect is that no effect monsters effect that targets him works that negates grand moles effect right?
