Could someone praising Michael Vick...?
..and talking about what a great QB he supposedly is, tell me why he's a great QB and prove it with anything in his career? Is it his countless TOs (which stand at 167 to 123 passing TDs), his very average-best 80.6 PR, his near Tim Tebow 56.3 completion %? Or if you're one of the dumbáss kids who judges a player's skill based on the success of his team, is it his former inconsistent "success" with the Falcons? Is it his undeniably mediocre-at-best stint with the Eagles? Or maybe his playoff record, which stands at 2-3?
4 AnswersFootball (American)8 years agoWhy are there so many whiny...?
Kids complaining about the 49ers QB "trademarking" his bicep thing? Part of any procceeds from that go to a charity from what I know, which is more than any kid/person here, including me, would do. Why the bítching? Is it that time of the month again?

...To describe a player? Are you one of these people?
4 AnswersFootball (American)8 years agoWhy exactly is Jon Gruden regarded as one of the best coaches...?
That could be available? I didn't know winning with a Tony Dungy built Buccaneers team and then promptly running it to the ground warranted such praise.
3 AnswersFootball (American)9 years agoNFL Opinion: Where do the Eagles go now?
There's half a season left which of these happen for the Eagles?. (Choose all that apply)
1. They turn their season around and win enough games to make the playoffs and possibly make a playoff run.
2.They continue to lose and there's major changes next year.
3.Michael Vick is benched, Nick Foles comes in and plays considerably better.
4. Vick benched, Foles plays no better and we're back were we started.

8 AnswersFootball (American)9 years agoLike I asked months ago, how long before Michael Vick...?
Is benched? I said Week 9 initially, but with his (non-surprisingly) horrible passing, it might be sooner than that even.
5 AnswersFootball (American)9 years agoHow exactly did the NY Giants...?
"Get lucky to win the SB" and "a fluke"? Or at least that's what the general consensus is for the regular fan since their recent loss.Beating Dallas for a playoff birth wasn't luck. Being able to hold a good Falcons offense and a great Packers one in check back to back is not luck. Grinding out a physical game against a great defense in San Francisco isn't luck either. Even the supposed "lucky muffed punt" wasn't so, Jaicquan Williams had something to do there. The Patriots, the supposedly superior team, faced the Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens respectively to their road to the SB, two teams that could barely score and one which came one dropped pass from winning the game/ a FG from tying it. Clearly the Patriots were much better prepared and "not lucky" as the Giants. Point is, no team is lucky, they made it to where they did because they were good enough to, not luck. And every SB team has had a few things go their way, not just one. This is a little late, but it is a little irritating to see everyone jump on the "the Giants suck bandwagon" after hearing, from the same idiots, about "Eli is ELIte", "JPP's beast!", even as a Philly fan.

Runningbacks after first contact, not being able to break a tackle of pick up a tough yard?
7 AnswersFootball (American)9 years agoNFL: Do the Cleveland Browns have...?
Any hope of a turnaround towards winning now with their new owner or how much more change they need for that to happen, do you think?
Personally I think anyone is an improvement over their last owner (name slips my mind), who vested as much into his soccer team as the Browns lost and seemed to simply be interested in owning the team than running it.
7 AnswersFootball (American)9 years agoNFL: Who's the number 1 WR and TE for each team in your favorite team's division?
Including your own.
Eagles, WR1: Jeremy Maclin, TE1: Brent Celek.
Giants, WR1: Hakeem Nicks, TE1: Travis Beckum/ Martellus Bennett.
Redskins: WR1: Santana Moss/ Pierre Garcon ( Moss has a track record, even at his age, but they overpaid for Garcon so it will probably be him) TE1: Fred Davis
Dallas: WR1: Austin Miles, TE1: Jason Witten

3 AnswersFootball (American)9 years agoCould I make my high school football team and go D1?
I am 6'6, weigh 250 lbs, run a 2.55 40 yard-dash, bench press 1000 lbs, squat 2500 lbs, and can do 2000 bench reps of 250 lbs. So can I make it with or am I bullshìtting myself like most of the kids who ask what position they should play or if they can go D1?

10 AnswersFootball (American)9 years agoWhen one says a football player has talent?
What exactly do they refer to or base it off of??
Does football talent refer to great athleticism, physical attributes or intelligence or two or all or none?
Personally when I say that about a player, I take physical attributes and athleticism in mind but what is it really??
