I've lost 46 lbs i was weighing 315lbs

I've been taking Vitakpak Ripped pills for men

I do lots of Dance Cardio than weightlift/ then ten minutes of machines such as legs, arms and stomach...

My question is if i want to lose more weight with this supplement... Should i continue my Cardio more than weights? cause i don't want to bulk i want to lose at least 40lbs more.. I need advice for someone who knows because I don't want to take a formula that will make me gain mass as im trying to burn fat by more cardio and less weightlifting.

I have a Co-Worker who been cheating an AutoClave by not running the Biological Indicator PCD pack. We have two Autoclaves and my manager told us to run both in each machine, well she puts both the PCD's in 1 autoclaves and then when that autoclave finishes she then staples it to the Autoclave record. What Do i need to do because i feel like this is Not AAMI Practices and How can i report this incident? What can i use to reference my claim for this to from the AAMI standards guidelines? I have a HP Compaq laptop, and last night i was on my laptop with the AC Adapter plugged on well, Last night the cord came out of the laptop and shut it off, so i go to put the AC adapter cord back in and all of a sudden the light indicated went white ( for telling me its charging) and then Black ( for Off)

Now i unhooked from my laptop and unplugged it and it doesn't work when i put it back in the laptop.

But i had a Charge battery and that worked but now the battery is dead and it won't charge when i put the AC adapter in the laptop.

What are the possiblities of this technical issue: I called Staples and a guy said it could be a power supply and then again could be the AC....Thanks for Advance notice.

Im interested about how planets form and etc.....But what if their is a SUPER PLANET BIGGER Than Jupiter by 10,000 or more? what would life be like If it was Earth like material?

Also i hear two different questions about The Universe being infinite, or other reasons people say their is a Center, If their is a Center somwhere Is their a Foundation on the universe or a Bottom? just being optomistic

If NASA was to be able to make a Powerful Satellite that is able to penetrate the surface of a exoplanet like Gliese 581 and be able to see if they have some type of technology like our earth then will that prove that Life exist?

How would the planet react if that satellite was able to send radio beams to the earth like planet?

I guess what im trying to say if hubble space telescope can see images from aray is it possible for a satellight to do the same thing with a Radio Beam ( something like that....) on a exoplanet? im sure it could if we had the technology or Idea on how to create it. What will happen if we didn't have a Heliosheath and interstellar winds was present into our universe without the sun's magnetic Field?

Im just curious about the whole universe thing, i mean yes science and astrophysicist have some background on how the universe might have created....but How do we not know if the universe could not been black, how we not know if the BIG bang is just something to help us understand things little better? telescopes and data i find it to be something to help us out, but for us to guestimate that is just kinda hard to actually predict when we don't have the technology to make it that far to get a better understanding....

What are your opinons based on the universe, was it black, did the big bang really earned its name, is physics actually accurate based on all these proven theories and ideas that we can exam upon?

( out of line: Juno which is suspose to orbit jupiter to see what the planet is ACTUALLY all about and how old it is and etc....if things that we saw about jupiter are mostly wrong than what this new orbit suspose to tell us science will need to rewrite a chunk of books pertaining to some of these planets we call gas giants.)

okay My mom is the Main Snooper in the house and technically she questions me about personal things as well....since i have no girlfriend at the moment and these questions get personal...

The things she snoop for are like pictures, text, checks my contacts on my phone, facebook friends ( who they are etc...), sometimes she would text them through me without me knowing.

If i want to go somewhere she ask " who is it and where they live etc or even ask me does he or she has a BF or GF...?( i mean REALLY)?

She will then have the nerve to call me when im at such and such house and check upon me like every 10 minutes or so...

She sometimes would just seem to stress out when i come back home and we just argue over nothing about where i was and then that goes on for hrs in my house.

My dad don't do all that like my mom does. but when she gets fired up she then tells him and then THERE WE GO AGAIN another story.....

Im 22 and i feel though as being an adult i know responibiliy but they don't believe me.

What can I do to tell them otherwise.. or have any of you have had the same experiences as me

Is it possible for a Planet BIG ENOUGH to hold 2 cores in its center? If so what are the effects with Earth like features? in the relationship to our universe.

What will the changes be if we lived in a universe with a sun that was capible of being half sun and have Ice? I know this is more of a Science Fiction question.....but if this was to happen will earth and other planets be much cooler and Colder without a FULL SUN? how would life benifit parts of the world? IF we had a sun able to do that i would think we wouldn't be having global warming but longer winters.....Maybe...what will the changes be in our Magnetic field? i would assume weaker....what are your opinions.....
