My roommate Sarah gets me to thinking and questioning everything. She has some issues from her past and she says she has issues with socializing but that's not the point. The point is she got me to thinking about the people we actually marry. Not about the guys or the girls we fantasize about. I find myself looking at guys where I only like their looks and not their personality, or flipped the other way around. So the question is for all the married people did you marry the person that you liked that you thought was hot or cute physically and with a personality you loved? or do we have to settle for less than our expectations?

The last date I went on was about 10 months ago I know pathetic. I'm usually really good at coming up with fun date ideas but for some reason my mind is going blank (probably because of the 10 month space factor). I asked this guy out Monday of this week and were going out Saturday. He’s a really fun guy and he makes me laugh soooo much. I don't want to bore him and so I want to do something fun and not really traditional like dinner and a movie or make dinner at my apartment and play board games. If it helps were both in college and I'm 20 and he's 21. Any fun ideas?

I really like this guy Tyler. I'm in the do you like me phase. We have a class together and we talk and I text him and facebook him every once and awhile. I really like him but I don't know if he likes me. Out of the blue yesterday he knocks on the door and says he just came over to say hi. Did he really want to see me? or just being friendly?

I have been in a relationship for about three months now. He's 23 and I'm 19. Every once and awhile the age difference between bugs me because I feel like he needs someone to settle down with because I'm nowhere near close to marriage. Also it seems every time we are together there are about 5 to 10 minute gaps where no one says nothing of conversation. Recently I was counting down the last couple of hours before I could go home from his house. I have been thinking about break up for a couple weeks but then brush it off because I get the feeling and people keep telling me maybe I will regret the decision. Were also doing a long distance relationship, only an hour but still. Because our relationship started at college but we have continued since May. So how do you know when to call it quits? Any advice? And if I decide to end it how do I let him off gently?

The first date was good and I felt comfortable with him, but the second date conversation seemed to drop and I didn't know if I wanted to go on another date or not. She likes to experiment with food and throw random things into recipes like just now the banana bread I was making since we had no nuts she decided to throw in some coca in.... ick. Besides I think she just ruined it. Even for breakfast she eats weird things like she cooks a raw egg in the microwave and adds it to her cream cheese bagel. Is there something wrong here or is it just me? You know anybody like this?
