Now when I try to start it again it shows bios screen and keeps rebooting itself. What should I do now?

Hello. I've bought a phone from ebay. It was working good for 1 month and then its touch screen was not functioning. So i contacted the seller and he told me to ship it back so that he can repair. I sent the phone to him and now he does not respond to my calls or messages or nothing ..... its been more than 2 months now .... i contacted ebay and they said they cannot help me with this issue because i purchased the item 3 months back and the ad details will be wiped from their servers. The customer care person said me to take action on him directly and They cannot do anything about it. I don't know what to do now ? The seller is not responding .. he has my phone and i payed all my money .. ebay is not helping me ... how can i get my phone back ? Never buy anything in ebay people, it really really sucks .. their customer care also sucks ... PLEASE HELP ME. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW.

Hey guys ! am planning to buy a HTC one X. i really liked the phone when it came out but it was expensive. Its been more than an year and the prices are reduced.so am thinking about the snapdragon version and tegra version. which one is better ? i want to know every single difference.which CPU is more powerful ? for example , i checked in gsmarena ... one X quad captures 1080p video at 24fps but the dual core variant captures at 1080p 30fps.... how is it possible when the chip-set is only dual core ? Which one is a strong performer over all ?

ive downloaded a soccer game of 5gb .... after i open the game folder there is no game....it only has roo.r01,r02.......... files like this plz help how can i open game from that?
