Okay, well here it goes. I've practically liked this guy for a long time. He was the sweetest, most kind hearted person I've met. He is a quiet, kind of dorky guy that probably is the "get to know first then fall in love" type. Seriously so different from the guys I met at school. But I'm scared he doesn't feel the same way, so I kept my feelings inside for such a long time -- and I never had the guts to actually tell him how I feel and it sucks. He reminds me of myself; when I see him, I see me, so he's almost like my other half. I've been constantly running away from him and my feelings. Literally. I take one look at him down the hall, and I'll take the longer route to class. Some people say that he might like me back, but chances are slim.

Now I'm in my senior year of high school. With prom and stuff happening, I was so excited that maybe, just maybe, he'd ask me.

But today I found out he is moving away. He used to live down my street, but now he's moving schools and house as he is attending college somewhere far from where I'm going, and I was utterly shattered. Of course, I was happy for him but at the same time it literally felt like my heart plummeted to the bottom of my stomach. If I could describe how broken hearted I actually felt when I heard about this, I would, but I just can't.

My friends are telling me that this is my last chance to tell him how I feel, but I'm terrified. I don't know what to do. I've been running away for so long. What should I do?

It s for a project. We have to design our own Royal Family, and we loved the idea of King Edward & Queen Francesca. The names had to communicate upper class and wealth, and both names were beautiful and classic. Plus there s a really nice couple in our neighborhood that my friends and I know of, and they are called Edward and Francesca.

I'm usually happy. I'm a great student. I have a happy life and I have friends and everything, but every time I see a knife, I always get this really strong urge to grab it and stab someone or something with it. I've never done it before, but the urge is strong enough for me to make a noise, as if I'm fighting the urge. It happens all the time I see a knife. When I'm in the kitchen, when my friends were cutring cake.

I was sitting in French class, and everything was normal. He was smiling and laughing because his friend was making him laugh (which I found super adorable because when he's happy, I get tingly) But then, I looked at him when he was writing (he sits right beside me), and for some reason, I felt a sudden irresistible urge in my stomach to kiss the guy 🙊

He just made me so happy because to me, he is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my whole life (though he doesn't know about my feelings for him :c ) and something about him just makes me think "God, I just really like you."

Have you guys ever had that feeling? What advice would you give me? I kinda really like this guy, but I'm too much of a chicken to actually talk to him, or tell him 😔

Four years ago, I really liked this guy, and he was basically the typical crush. Made me do stupid things, gave me that butterfly feeling . . Stuff like that. But I knew I had to move on, because I thought I didn't have a chance.

I forced myself to get over it. I forced myself to forget him. I did, well, at least I think I did, but every year, I keep sensing that I still feel something for him. This year, I keep denying it, but I keep thinking about him, so much that it's actually getting ridiculous.

I don't know what I'm feeling. I want to let him go, because I'm not sure if things will work out, but I can't. I want to let him go, because if I keep going, I know I'm probably going to end up hurting.

I'm writing a horror story for my Coursework, and these are the last two paragraphs.

There she was. A child dressed in Victorian white; her head was bent forward, her dark, ink black hair fell before her face. Slowly, she lifted her head, revealing what her hair unveiled. She had buttons for eyes, her mouth mutilated into a terrible smile that stretched from ear to ear. Her small, delicate hands were stained with crimson. /Let's play a game/, she smiled the most terrifying of smiles and drew out a knife. /You hide and I seek/.

My stomach twisted in terror as I bolted down the corridor. /I told you to listen/, the whispers mocked me, /I told you to run/. My heart slammed in my chest, and I could feel my whole body pulsing. I banged my fist on every door, every knock more desperate than the next. The final door swung open, and I plunged inside, slamming the door shut.

But she was there, systematically laying knives, needles, buttons, and scalpels on a tray. Rows of her work were on display: they wore straight jackets, slumped against the blood-stained tiles, their mouths pulled into the same familiar smile she bore. Then my memories flooded back and I realized. She faced me and held up a needle and some string. /We're all mad here, mama/.

Thoughts on how it ended? Any suggestions on how to make the ending better, more creepy, more effective? Thanks in advance! :)

I have a friend and she's extremely heartbroken. She liked this guy for ages now. They were really good friends, always talked and hung out. He'd hug her and he'd tell her he loved her (in a friend way). He was unlike any other guy in our school tbh.

He was a total gentleman -- extremely kind, caring, and sweet. However, a few weeks back, he told my friend that he was gay. My friend was happy for him, but it also really hurt her. She's been trying to move on, but she never really knows how.

She's trying to keep her distance from him, but she keeps failing because he'd always be there -- giving her hugs and stuff, and she said it's really hard to forget him. She wants to know what to do.

Well, there's this guy I've known for a while, but started liking recently. LOADS of people have been asking him if he's gay, but he kind of never answers or just disregards it.

He's always well dressed, he always smells really nice, and he's constantly worried about his hair because he always does it up. He says he spends a long time on it. He hangs out with a LOT of girls, and his best friend is a girl and a gay guy. His voice is also pretty high pitched, he knows his designers and how to tell if anything designer is real or fake. he follows a lot of men fashion blogs, and rumor has it that he has a man crush, but his man crush is also gay.

But I'm so confused because he seems to like me, as he's so over confident with other girls, and I'm the only one he's pretty shy and awkward with. He also compliments me a lot, and stares quite frequently.

I'm not sure what I should think. I mean, I really really like this guy! He's just not like the others. I have nothing wrong with gays, I just want to know.

Plus today, I overheard him talking about something that he was embarrassed to tell in front of me. I heard the words: guy, pictures, phone, tell your dad, and no he'll kick me out :/

So long story short, I'm kind of cold towards my crush. He's really nice and everything, and I really like him. He makes me laugh and I've always thought of him as a friend, until a few days ago when I started to get this feeling he likes me, then I liked him back.

We have the same interests, but after I realized I had feelings for him, I started to be rather cold, unintentionally :/ I would answer with short answers, I rarely look him in the eye, and yesterday he talked to my friend and told her that he thinks I don't like him, and that he's anxious about starting conversations with me.

Why am I acting like this? Thank you for taking the time to read this. It has been bugging me. I don't mean to sound rude or come across as cold, because I'm generally really really nice to others and I'm not mean at all. But when it comes to him, I'm automatically the opposite.
