I want to place a washer in my kitchen, I live in an upstairs appartment. There is a place for it right beside a cabinent that is adjacent to the sink. Does any one know if I can buy a peice of plumbing that will split the hot and cold water so that both can be hooked up under the sink, same with the drain,could I just insert a "T" shapped piece of pipe to attach the washer drain? Or are there specific guidelines one must follow? Asked my landlord for permission, he is coming to look at the setup because he doesn't remember what the kitchen looks like. I hope this makes enough sense for someone to reply, I know it's hard without a picture.

I am due to recieve a refund but have not yet recieved my W2 do I have to file an extension or can I just file as soon as I get my W2. The form to get an extension seems as if it is made for when you owe taxes and I do not.
