  • Does my hair grow fast or normal?

Last year in September of 2012, my hair was an inch below my shoulder. Now, my hair is and inch above my hip (my torso is 12 inches long in case you were wondering). everyone I know says my hair grows extremely fast, but I'm not sure. Does it? I use heat in my hair rarely (in fact, only to straighten about once every two or three weeks; I don't have a blow dryer, I make my hair wavy with braids, and I curl my hair using rollers or a headband), I don't dye my hair, I've never had extensions, no layers, and I got a one inch trim about four or five months ago, so my hair is pretty healthy except for some split ends. Anyway, does my hair really grow fast?

  • I'm doing tiny rhinestone flowers on my fingernails?

I painted my nails turquoise and I started to put pink rhinestone flowers on my fingernails on my ring and thumb finger. The flowers are tiny enough that I can put two flowers on each finger and one on my pinky. Should I put flowers on all my fingers or just my ring and thumb?

  • Difference between concealer and foundation? And which is best for me?

In fourth through seventh grade I've always had severe acne issues, but over the summer I've starter washing my face twice a day (once in the morning, once at night), using Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser twice a day (again, in the morning and at night) and using benzoyl peroxide right before I go out in public anywhere (my face is also extremely oily, and the benzoyl peroxide prevents oiliness and dries out pimples). I've also been eating less junk food and greasy foods, working out, and not stressing out so much over little things. Because of my efforts this summer, my acne has dramatically cleared up so hat I only have two noticeable pimples on my face, rather than twenty. Even though my acne is clearing up and Ive started getting facials once every three months, my face still has tiny bumps (not pimples, but weird bump thingys) and is a little bit red in some areas. I don't have under eye circles or hooded eyes or yellow undertones or anything like that, so I just want to cover up the redness and bumps to even out my skin. Would concealer or foundation work best? If it helps, I have light colored freckles on my forehead, cheeks, and across the bridge of my nose (only visible in the sunlight) and pale skin.

  • Opinions on my story?

    Part 1: http://quizilla.teennick.com/stories/22912190/all-...

    Part 2: http://quizilla.teennick.com/stories/22931695/all-...

I wrote this when I was eleven, and I rediscovered it in one of my "Story" files on my computer. Now I'm thirteen, and I know that I need to make some tweaks, and I think I could definitely stretch it out to make it a full length novel. Opinions? Ideas? Do you think if I stretched it out more (like starting more from the beginning before the dance) I would have a chance of maybe getting it published? Thanks if you read it all and if you gave me constructive criticism and feedback!!

  • i have a question about legs and height?

I'm 13 and 5 foot 2 inches, and my stepsister is 11and is 5 foot 3 inches (I know shes extremely tall for her age; it runs on her side of the family: my step dad is 6 foot 2 inches and my step brother is 14 and 6 foot even.We call them the Jolly Green Giants clan). Mine and my sister's legs are both exactly 2 feet 6 1/2 inches; I know shes taller than me, and that's because her torso is a bit longer than mine. So anyway, when we go out in public, even though we have the same length legs, everyone always tells her she has extremely long legs and make no comment about mine (just so you know, neither of us are overweight; I'm a healthy 95 pounds and I'm told I have perfect blood pressure, and shes a healthy 90 pounds).I'm not jealous or anything, we're both just extremely curious why this happens. Do people say she has long legs because of her age, and how tall she is? Or something else? My second question is: is 5 foot 2 inches short or average for a 13 year old girl?

  • I have two questions about Apple iPods?

Is there a way to transfer songs from one iPod to another, while keeping the songs on BOTH iPods, so that both iPods have the same songs? Second: I have two iPods plugged into the same laptop to charge, and when I plug in the second iPod, a box pops up saying "transfer purchases" or cancel. What does transfer purchases do? Thanks!

  • I need help with my summer reading novel, The Adoration of Jenna Fox?

So this summer I have to read the Adoration of Jenna Fox by Mary E. Pearson and make a mosaic of ideas of sorts that I have to write answers to questions I'm given, and it's pretty simple but I'm having trouble on a couple questions:

    -Overall tone with explanation

-What is the universal theme statement, and explain how the statement relates to the novel

-Identify a recurring symbol in the novel; explain the symbol and it's significance (for example, a flag may represent freedom)

I can answer the other 13 questions, but can someone please help me answer these? Thanks!
