I can't receive e-mail from one specific person. It won't show up in my inbox or spam?
This person has an .edu mail account. I receive many emails from the same institution but am unable to receive his emails. How can I remedy this?

In IE I get two TypeError messages. One says gExtContent is undefined and the other says Object required. In Chrome I get the same messages but also one that says Prevent this Page from Additional Dialog and then I check Check your Mail in Yahoo Classic Mail and I can get in. However, I can only reply to emails, I can't enter new addresses. Please help!
