Why am I not losing weight?
So when I measured on the 5th my weight kept fluctuating between 121-123 (as soon as I saw my weight in the 120s my anxiety grew). I started going to the gym on a daily basis and would burn 500 on cardio than do weight training (arms or leg day). As for food I would always eat below 1200 probably about 900-1000 a day. So far I only lost like 2 lbs.

2 AnswersElections4 years agoPlease help with velocity?
I found the derivative which will give me the velocity and plugged in zero but my answer was 6. How would I do this problem?
1 AnswerHomework Help5 years agoAverage velocity problem?
A rocket carrying a satellite is accelerating straight up
from the earth’s surface. At 1.15 s after liftoff, the rocket clears the
top of its launch platform, 63 m above the ground. After an additional
4.75 s, it is 1.00 km above the ground. Calculate the magnitude
of the average velocity of the rocket for (a) the 4.75-s part of
its flight and (b) the first 5.90 s of its flight.
What I did was
a) Vav= X2-X1/T2-T1= 1000-63/4.75-1.15
b) Vav= 1000+63/5.9
but my answer is wrong, why is that?
1 AnswerPhysics5 years agoHow do you become good at physics?
When it comes to solving the problems I can do most of the textbook ones (I ve only gone through a couple so far) but when I attempt the old midterm questions I get stuck and can t solve it. How do I prepare myself to be ready? Do I keep practicing the textbook questions and over time I ll become very good or is there another approach?
Thanks! :)

3 AnswersPolls & Surveys5 years agoPlease help with vector components?
I am confused about two things
1) Since B going north of east shouldn't x=+ and y=+ , how come in the solutions they are saying x=- and y=-
2) Why isn't the wind speed taken into consideration (i.e. not added as an x component)

4 AnswersPolls & Surveys5 years agoHow do you get over an ex?
Okay so long story short. My ex and I were together for about 4-5 months we got really close and intimate and everything. But than he left me and said he couldn't commit. Than like 2 months later he goes on to getting a girlfriend... After that, I completely cut off contact with him. I don't know why but everyday since we broke up I couldn't stop having thoughts and day dreams about him. Before it was bad now it's a little better. After 6 months he contacts me out of the blue asking me how I was and telling me he still cares about me (more genuinely than before). I got wasted and told him I love him, after that he blocked me not only my number but on every social media account. Clearly he doesn't want me back and theres a zero chance of recoinclation. But yet I still have constant thoughts and daydreams about him. For the 2 weeks of exams, I didn't think about him. But right after it came back. All I do is think about him and or day dream. It's honestly killing me on the inside, I don't wanna have these thoughts anymore. I want to let go and move on. I've been trying so hard for the last 10 months and I just can't do it.

1 AnswerSingles & Dating5 years agoI studied really hard and still did bad...?
So for my last few tests I put in a lot of hours into my studying and got grades in the D to C range. I want to get grades in the A range.
Here's where I think I went wrong?
- I put in a lot of hours for one week straight (somewhat crammed)
- Every time I didn't understand a problem I quickly checked the solutions (which was frequently done)
- I attempted to do every single problem in the book as opposed to just the ones
the teacher assigned
