I own a property with two other people.I want to get it appraised and buy it from the other two owners? Any advice?
I plan on using my 1/3 equity for the loan. Is this common? My credit is not so good. Maybe I should build it up a bit first? How much should that help? Will it being my first loan hurt or help me? Thanks in advance to anyone with experience/knowledge in this that can share some wisdom.
3 AnswersRenting & Real Estate6 years agoHow does one say they are 'breaking something in' en espanol. Referring to shoes etc.....please be a native spanish speaker if you would like to answer and list your country.?
I'm an american currently in argentina and loving it so the proper word and the common 'lunfardo' term would be ideal. I wouldnt be suprised if the Italian or Spanish figure of speech worked down here as well.
1 AnswerLanguages7 years agoI'd love Alaska cruise advice. Someone who's actually done it best!?
Im planning my first cruise and set on Alaska later this year. I'll be in southern CA at the time. Unless I can take an aalskan cruise starting in hawaii.... can i? There is so much info but what is true? I know alot is based on my personal preferences so i'll try and elaborate.
Ive read that the more expensive 'high season 'is during summer time but also that is when the wildlife is the best. I want a bang for buck trip. I dont want want spend extra money but I'll be willing to spend some to do it right. Since the wild life is important to me should i opt for a smaller ship? Dont the smaller ships go to more local style ports and avoid crowds? Whats the best port for dog sledding and how much do the prices vary per port?
Is it worth getting a balcony so i can take in the scenery and have a smoke? Or is this ridiculous because it is....
-so d@mn cold
-i won't be spending much time in my room
-its better we save the money for extras we wanna do at the ports or for drinks, gambling etc.
-im not allowed to smoke on my balcony
How much time do we get at the ports? How expensive are the ports, what should i budget? Does that helicopter ride cost an arm and a leg? Was it worth it? Do people ever toke on the ships? Is one week enough? Should i possibly opt for a cruise tour combo? Maybe thats more cost effective?
Have you ever driven from southern CA to frisco to save money on a flight. How much will they charge me to park my car at the different CA ports. Maybe park somewhere cheapest then take a cab or bus to the port? Maybe its best to only use a So. CA local port and bum a ride from family/friends. I THINK Long beach and San Diego are my choices. And lastly, what ships were best. I want to surf and rock climb, though maybe its too cold and alaska ships dont got that stuff.
