  • Why does my calf muscle hurt?

My left calf muscle has been hurting for the past week. I just started getting back into running about two weeks ago. I can only run about half a mile before my lower left leg just hurts too much to run on it. I thought it might have something to do with dehydration but have been drinking plenty of water this past week to test it out but there has not been any change. Also thought it might have something to do with not stretching enough but I made sure to do an extensive stretch but that did not seem to help either. Could I have just pulled something? Thank you.

  • Centroids. Finding the center of mass?

Find the center of mass of the region bound by f(x) = e^x and the x-axis on the interval [0, ln6]. You have to find the area first and I'm pretty sure I got the area correct recalling to e^ln(a) = a. But I don't know where to go from there any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Anybody experienced with dating?

So there is this girl that I text all the time maybe anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours everyday. I think that I have feelings for her just because she is so easy to talk and so nice. I want to ask her out for dinner or a movie or something sometime but I don't want to take the chances of ruining a great friendship and I do not know if she feels the same way about me. Also she is one of my friend's sister. Would that be at all weird? She I just stay with being friends or what should I do?

  • Physics problem with kinetic friction?

Police investigators, examining the scene of an accident involving two cars, measure 67m long skid marks of one of the cars, which nearly came to a stop before colliding. The coefficient of kinetic friction between rubber and the pavement is about 0.70. Estimate the initial speed of that car assuming a level road.
