I have received a message from a lady friend who said her modem was broken so she could not get in touch with me on her computer so she sent the message to me via an internet cafe with her e.mail address on the heading, are you able to do this without the e,mail of the source missing from the heading or is it a lie

My task bar and framing around the desk top tool bars etc, has changed from transparent grey to solid white also the start button has reverted to the old 2000 microsoft button and the flip 3D icon disappeared how do i get my version back.

In easy lay mans terms because i am an old fart, this appeared this morning when i started it and i am of coarse clueless as to how to change it back.

fire fox makes every thing work faster but when i changed it to default i lost my connection to yahoo mail and all i want to know is can i run both programs at the same time or do i have to chose which one i use as all my E.mail comes through yahoo

when i open my main page from yahoo then go into mail it is alright and it is also alright when i move forward in to other windows but when i am shutting them down i get a message telling me i have lost internet connection and gives me a choice of closing the program or for windows to find a solution, but it is never a permanent thing from them and now it is beginning to bug me, any ideas how to fix it with my limited knowledge of these things

how do i contact them to tell them this is the only computer i own as there seems to be no way of telling them as there was no options sent with the message, only a box appearing on my screen to inform me

What exactly is formatting as this seems to take forever, by the way i am using a vista premium.

i was bought this as present by a friend whilst in Russia because i want to learn the language, my problem is all the instructions are in that language and i am not any good with the written words yet.

1) should instruction's appear on screen after loading the cd and will they be in English.

2) do i have to down load languages before use.

3) how do i switch from English to Russian to English on the keyboard.

I have tried everything i can think of, but being a technophobe does not help lol. I did un-install the last keyboard before installing this one and it works fine in English. What am i doing wrong?

he was right about the second world war and he just got the name of Hitler wrong by calling him Hisler (not to sure i spelt Hisler right but you know what i mean) but i have no idea who the back stabbing nation is who will come to the fore, for there own profit to end it??

Does anyone else think like me, that the people with the most best answers in level 7 should be listed in top percentage to lowest percentage of answers, that way we would be able to target those we think will give us better Information for questions asked on there favourite subject

got e,mail from groovytricity@hotmail.com if they can't give me the courtesy of a reply why do they send the e.mails in the first place??

please some one give me an answer i can live with, i think they don't deserve to be bailed out let them go under like all the businesses they have sent into receivership and let them know first hand how it feels and as taxpayers why have we not been able to give our votes on what we think to them using our money

we had the save a tree lot who just disappeared without trace along with the drop out eco warriors do you think this will go the same way?

i am the administrator and if i cant enter the computer how do i reset the computer back to factory settings
