I live in California and every time it rains my roof leaks in my living room and I ve told the manager about it 5 times now and she keeps blowing off the question saying they are working on it I always pay on time and live in apartments who can I talk to to make them fix it?

so i went out with this girl the other day and were hanging out again soon shes really cool and funny i like her alot but i don't want to get stuck in the friend zone me and her barely started talking so i know its not to late but i just want to make it clear as soon as i can that i don't want to be just friends. were going to go see a movie i don't wanna be to pushy and try like actualy holding her or anything but is there something i can say or do anything to make my intentions clear
