  • Do I have serotonin syndrome?

10 days ago, after 3 weeks of anxiety attacks, my doctor prescribed xanax. I have taken half a pill nightly, along with vitacraves 1-a-day in the morning. My body temperature and heart rate are normal, but I am very tired and am afraid of falling into a coma. In addition I feel lightheaded, but my vision is normal. Is this just a side effect, or a more serious issue?

  • What's wrong with me?

For the past 3 weeks I have had palpitations, shortness of breath, and panic attacks. 2 weeks ago I had an ECG and chest x ray done and both were normal, but my symptoms persisted. In Saturday i woke up with swollen lymph nodes in my groin and neck, along with other symptoms. I do not have a fever, and my heart rate/respiratory rate are normal. My veins are less visible too. Does anybody know what could be wrong? Please help. I have a dr's appt tomorrow at 3:00 but am scared that I have sepsis. Does anybody know what I could have?

  • Please help!?

My skin has been flushed since past Thursday, it is around my collar and on my upper back. My heart is racing, my mouth is dry, i feel like I'm gonna die. I had an ECG an chest x ray on last Wednesday for my heart but could this be causing my heart troubles. I started feeling palpitations on March 10. Would sepsis show up on either the ECG or chest x ray? Please help.

  • What does my ECG mean?

So last Monday I posted a question about if I was having heart trouble or merely anxiety. My symptoms persisted so I had an ECG done today. The results came back saying I had a normal sinus rhythm with an incomplete bundle branch block. I don't know whether it is right or left side of my heart. My QRS was 97 m/s, bpm of 74, and I haven't heard the full results, but my cardiologist told me that nothing jumps at her as nothing wrong. What do you guys think it is?

  • Is this any thing that is serious?

I woke up this morning running on 5 hours of sleep after daylight savings time, I was tired all day. I had chest pain (I have asthma.) when I got home. I took my inhaler when I got in bed an hour ago,and the pain is gone, but now my heart rate has gone up and I'm feeling a bit hyper. My grandmother on my mom's side has heart problems, but other than that my family is good. I've never smoked cigarettes or drank. Any ideas what it could be, any suggestions would be welcome.

  • Do consolation games matter?

So in my fantasy league I missed the playoffs and came in 5th. The person that comes in last has to wear a romo jersey. Unfortunately I lost my first consolation game and am in the bottom of the ladder. Worst case scenario I lose and come in 6th record wise, but would losing the consolation ladder make me come in last? What do you guys think?

  • Are we too high on the Eagles?

Last night the Eagles won 33-27. People today were talking about this game shows that chip kelly is a good coach and the eagles are gonna win the division and make the playoffs. For me, it showed the exact opposite. Allow me to explain. Last night, Vick and Shady both had the best games that theyve had during their time on the team. The Redskins D was gassed in the first half, and RG3 was rusty for a good 2 1/2 quarters, and Alfred morris turned the ball over and had a safety. And despite all of that, the redskins still came within of a couple of close calls of winning the game. If the eagles can come within losing the game when Shady and Vick are playing the best in years, what will happen when they cool off? What do you guys think?

  • Is obama really a liberal president?

Progressives, I am starting to think that Obama sold us out. He has extended the Bush tax cuts, lowered taxes, passed a healthcare plan that was endorsed by republicans, and has not kept his promise to stop going after medical marijuana dispensaries. On the foreign policy front, Obama has had a more conservative policy than Bush. He has escalated the war in Afghanistan, and he followed Bush's agreement to get us out of Iraq by 2011. Obama has issued more drone strikes than the previous administration, and has shown the same amount of (dis)regard for civil liberties that George W. Bush has. Basically he could join the Republican Party anytime he wanted to if he simply spoke differently. Oh how I miss candidate Obama, that guy was a lot more agreeable with. Basically Obama is dubya 2.0, or Nixon 3.0. What do you guys think?

  • Superbowl predictions?

Who do yall have in the SB this year? My personal pick is Packers-Pats because first, It's a guarantee that the Pats will hang 35+ on whoever they're playing (unless its the Steelers/Ravens, but I highly doubt that either of those teams will make it to the AFC title game.), and Denver is the only team in the AFC who can match that, and I would still give the nod to the Patriots because at the end of the day, Peyton Manning just can't be trusted in cold January weather. Coming out of the NFC, I have the Packers, because they finally have a running game in Eddie Lacy, and we all know the baaad man that Aaron Rodgers is. Seattle has the pressure of high expectations, and while I do see them getting into the playoffs, They eventually fold in the NFC title game. The 9ers will be forced to make adjustments when teams finally figure out that to stop the option all you have to do is force it inside.Atlanta is really overlooked in respect to the other 3 teams and will make a run, but eventually they will have to play a game in the cold which I just can't pick them in. Well, that is what I have to say, but enough from me, I wanna hear from you guys. Good luck.

  • Who do y'all have as your sleeper team this year?

Every year for some reason there is a team that comes outta nowhere to make the playoffs in the NFL. Who do you guys have doing this in 2013? My pick is the Rams, but I wanna hear from y'all. There are no wrong answers (besides the browns.)

  • Why do people forget that?

If Reche Caldwell could catch, Manning would still be looking for his first ring?

  • Is an enlarged lymph node normal after strep throat?

About a week and a half ago I came down with a case of strep throat. My doctor put me one antibiotics, and I ended up missing only one day of work. I woke up this morning and I had a swelling of my right jugulodigastric lymph node. I'm just wondering is this normal or is this something of a more serious nature?
