  • When I'm supervising at work, how much should I report back to my boss?

    My boss has made me an "unofficial" supervisor on weekends so she doesn't have to come in. I don't mind, because she certainly deserves time off on the weekends and I need the hours. She tells me I'm her weekend supervisor, but hasn't made it clear to the others who work on weekends. So, some of them think it's no big deal to arrive a few minutes late or decide they're sick and need to leave early. My boss is HUGE on being on time and has even fired people for being 2 minutes late. Should tell her when people are just a few minutes late?

  • What do I do with raw honey in the comb?

    I've got two medium sized tupperware containers of raw honey still in the comb. What do I do with it? I think my mother-in-law already took the "honey water." What's that? How can I extract the honey? How long before it spoils?
