the 2yr old really enjoys all the party games and will want to join in it ALL

also it is the 7yr olds birthday on the tues so it is kind of a double wamy

any good party game ideas but halloween ones ?

my friend has decided to make her sons room more grown up and he is upgraded from a single bed to a king size ! (it was on sale a cheaper then the double one she was going to buy)

his walls at the moment are just white and he has a black flooring ..my friend has told him this is the last time she is decorating it and is making it more grown up ...will be outting his lcd tv on wall etc and shelves for his things

but he cant decide what colour etc he wants and thing is he is not a grown up 13yr old and is obsessed with anything american !

he has a huge american flag on his wall ....so please any suggestions ?

my friend was going to get him american flag curtains and a plan bedding maybe red and get an artist to paint an american flag on the wall but so it looks like it is flying in the wind ? but not over board american

please help and before you say he will grow out of it his obsession with america has been since is was about 5yrs old .

italian ham and cheese bites (basically ham wrapped round cheese with a honey and basil glaze)

small sandwiches (open sandwiches on fresh bread )

organic crisps and a homous dip

i am going to be holding and retro / old fashioned tea party for my friends.

i want to make miniture cakes but dont know which ones will look good and fairly easy to make?

i have a 3 tier cake stand and will be doing small triangled sandwiches ...

only one friend drinks tea the rest only drink coffee

she went to her doctors 3weeks ago and he gave her the folloing medication :

zopiclone(7.5 mg)

citalopram(10mg)

and to go to councilling (still waiting for appointment )

however these did not help my friend

she ent back today and was given

mirtazapine (15mg)

for her depression/anxiety and the lack of sleep

my friend works is a care assistant and she told the doctor she doesnt feel able to etc lack of motivation etc

the doctor only signed her off work for 1month ?

he said that the social security have cracked down on these sort of things and this is only for sort term?

however my friend is worried that if she leave her job etc and has to go onto state benefit what will happen after a month ?

its not like this is an over night accurance she has been depressed i ould say 4plus years but would not come to terms with this ..

really i am asking advice from people who has to go down the same route as her ? to be honest this is making her more depressed worrying about money etc .

my hair is very light shaven brown hair and i want to dye my star patterns pink !

ive been told that stargazer is the best for a bright colour

is that correct ?

also i was told to put vasline round the star so it doesnt go on other parts of my hair and to apply with either a cotton bud or small childs paint brush to make the lines sharp .

i get my hair shaven at sides with patterns mainly stars ,i want to dye the stars as im going to an a mini festival thing and want to stand out and be different i guess

my friends said why dont i dye just the stars but i am not sure what colour ? my hair atm is light/medium bronwish and have a proxide blonde streak (just coz i can :D )

my friend said why dont i dye them a bright pink or blue ? but will it look stupid with the already proxide i got in my hair ? i was going to dye the stars proxide but i thought that will be boring

i feel that i have some problems...maybe depression and to be honest im not the kind of person who talks about feelings and emotions but myself and friends have said they think i should go and speak about this ..also it is affecting my job ...my close friend said maybe i could have a coiple of months off to gather my thoughts and ''get better'' but how do i go about asking my doctor to sign me off work? i dont really want time off but i think this is my whole problem .
