I'm dealing with some bad nausea right now and I was wandering if anyone else is and if so what do you do to help it?

my DD is only 6wks old and I ran out of milk already! The doctor gave me some tablets that should help the lactation, and suggested to express milk as well. I was wondering if this has happened to any other mum and if you found that expressing helped???

I am trying to exclusively breastfeed my two months old but can't produce enough supply to satisfy her. What are the possibilities to increase my supply. I am already drinking plenty of water and pumping in between feedings.

How do I get it back up? My supply is almost gone. Im only making about an ounce between both breasts. I'm going to try eating more because I get too busy and tired to eat, but I'll start eating more and drinking more water, but what else will help?

My son is 1 month old and has screaming painful episodes since 3 weeks old. We have tried 3 different formulas nothing helped. He's on nutramigem but thinking of switching to neocate if insurance covers it. He takes 1 ml zantac twice a day. Screams after feedings and in between. Can't lay flat, sits upright, have to hold him in my arms she napping a lot. Anyone have experience with rice cereal or neocate?
