they allow 1-900 #"s to pass even though I paid the $10.00 to block them. They reduce the amount giving the best rate, when I'm not responsible at all for them. From $2,300.00 to $800.00. Stiff amount for a 1 month service. Others have to have this problem too.

Have tried for 3 months to rectify this. Someone put 1-900 calls on my bill. On t.v. it says it's free! Had put a block for them numbers 10 years ago at $10.00. Now recently everyone I talk to has had, or knows someone that has had the same experience. Can we get together for a Class Action Suit. They shouldn't get away with this!!!

After paying mortgages and Interest and tax for 25 years, if you own multiple building they will have to start all over again with the same amount of mortgage you originally paid for 25 years again if you own multiple dwellings!! How to get out of this?? Investors Group ? Life Insurance?? Any other ideas???

I have 3 houses and own the title of these along with paying the mortgage. I have 3 children, who each live in one of the houses. I'm allowed 1 house exempt from capital gains. The interest I have paid on these houses is astronomical, now I find out my kids are going to have to start out with a new mortgage for 25 years again in order to pay for these houses. It makes no sense whatsoever. What can I do to protect my kids from this horrible fate, since I've worked all my life to know they will be protected and have a house when I die. I just can't believe they will have to start paying another mortgage for the same amount that I bought and paid the house 25 years ago. I need some great answers from Quebec.
