so anyways i was on depop i brought a item for $106 It didn’t come as described i asked the person for a refund since they told me false info they said no blocked me and deleted the item i then made a claim w paypal explaining how they gave me a product that wasn’t described and they said we are waiting on the seller to get back to us 2 weeks ago i logged in today to check the claim and It said ship the product to the seller and we will refund you when It arrives It never said this message before and now i’m confused does this mean they’re accepting the refund and they will refund me once i ship It out or am i gonna ship It back and might get a refund since the seller never responded back to me or the claim

So I ordered something a few months ago and it said the latest it will come by is december 29th it didn't come during that time so the website said give it till January 5th to see if it comes if it does'nt I can get a refund and right now we are in the "bomb cyclone blizzard" so I dont think any mail came today so should I wait another day or should I just report it and get a refund?

Question 1: Can you paint apartment walls /cellings/floors and say if the walls are brick can you still paint them? and say if the floors are wood can you still paint them? do I have to change it back when I move?

Question 2: Can you added/remove molding to your walls? for an example if I want remove some molding and replace it with nicer ones am I able to do that also would I have to change it back when I move?

Question 3: Can I add fake wood flooring? theres a thing where its cheap and you can add fake wood flooring to go on top of the old wood you can remove it any time you want so is this aloud?

Question 4:Can I change the counter tops,Counters,Oven,fridge,shower doors, celling fans and lighting fixtures?
