I really don't want to be one of those people who need to get other people's ideas, but I'm afraid I'm desperate. I'm not asking for a whole plot, just something to inspire me because I am completely stuck. It's a school thing I need this for. The story must follow these guidelines:

I've recently been crushing on the name Cyd for a girl. Just Cyd on it's own, not short for anything. It totally isn't my usual naming style, however I do love it. I usually like older-fashioned, classic, fancier, and longer girl names. But there is something about Cyd that I just like.

Anyways, I'm having troubles finding a middle name that both flows well with it and I love. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I have created the character himself, and I did originally have a name for him. It was Sidney, however now I feel like that name doesn't match his character. (I do have a lot more planned then just what I put on here.)

This character is a sixteen-year-old boy. He is 5’7 with an athletic build, dirty blonde hair that falls in bangs over his forehead. His eyes are deep-set and hazel. His skin is pale and covered in freckles. Sometimes he can go days without talking, and sometimes he can’t do anything but talk. He can be mouthy and sarcastic. His’s father is an inventor, his mother died when he was ten years old in a car accident. He is temperamental, and often acts on impulse without thinking things through.

Bq: thoughts on my gp names?

Okay, so I'm not asking for a whole plot or anything, but a basic idea to get me inspired since I'm completely stumped. I'm open to any genre besides romance, but preferably fantasy, or mystery. I already have characters planned out, I suppose all I need is a situation to put them in.

Jude Steely- the older brother, I don't have him all too planned out yet, unfortunately, since I've been busy. I plan on making him seventeen-eighteen years old (I've been going back and forth). Usually joking around, makes fun of Adam, tends to be slightly obnoxious, but loyal and means well. Often causing trouble, and though he and Adam fight a lot, he would do anything for his brother. His biggest fear is losing his brother.

Adam Steely- the younger brother, fifteen years old. Him I do have planned out, however for the sake of this I'll only tell you a bit about him. Can be selfish at times, restless, more book-smart than street-smart, usually acts mature for his age, hot-headed, considered a 'loner', a terrible liar, was very close with his father, who has been deceased since he was nine years old. His biggest fear is being completely alone in the world, family wise.

I need some reason for them to live at their Aunt's house throughout the story. Their Aunt is a very posh and elegant person. And I need a situation for them while they are at their Aunt's house.
