2000 Ford Explorer V6. Need to tighten the Valve Covers. What are the torque ft/lb specs?

Its a manual, 4 door, the body is in near excellent condition (entirely rust free; there is one minor ding on rear driver side door, paint wasn't damaged), interior is fair. Tires are only 2 years old (maybe 30,000 miles). Radiator and alternator are each 1 year old. The timing belt broke and when it broke, it bent 2 valves in the engine. I'm not willing to buy a new engine, so I want to sell it as a parts car. What would be a fair price to ask for? Is $800 unrealistic?

My friend and I are working on a documentary about a local who was a former child actor in the 40s. Would we pay her for her participation or have her sign a release form? My friend would like to make the movie available for sale on Amazon or where ever- that is if we get ourselves in a position where we're trying to release it for distribution. For those people who are interviewed or images used, would we pay them for the rights to have them in the documentary or have all involved sign a release form? Any advice?
