I was a student and working part time, i had a baby and i am on mat leave pay which ends in Nov, i would be going back to work but i have injured my back and cant walk and i am awaiting surgery so right now i will be applying for benefits til' i can get back to work. My bf works full time and earns enough to pay full rent and all the other jazz. Would we able to rent in the meantime even though im not working right now and will be recieving benefits? I have been offered a house for me and my daughter but we want to live as a family and rent and do it right.

Does antone know what kind of diet they follow? i wish they'd show you the diet also.

Im starting a low carb diet for a couple weeks to kickstart weight loss. Ive done it before but i lost my book. what can you have for breakfast lunch and dinner?

Today ive planned:

B -scrambled egg and a coffee (can u still drink coffee)

L - tuna salad

D - chicken or tuna steak with veg for dinner

Can i snack on fruit?

Can i have sushi?

Does anyone have good recipes for low carb meals. Ive recently put on 6lbs and want it off fast. low carb diets work best for me. but im bored of eating chicken and veg or fish and veg is there anything else to spice up meal times? x

Snack: Apple

Snack : Nectarine coffee (milk 2 sweetex)

Lunch: Weightwatchers tomato soup (70 cals), 1 slice wholemeal bread, and melba toast (75cals)

Sugar free lemon and lime diluent juice.

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognaise (low fat sauce, brown spaghetti, mushroom onions and lean mince)

Half a plate worth

Can someone give me a healthy diet to follow in bulletpoint form.

I am 5 stone overweight and also suffer from Bulimia, i tend to starve all day or eat very little get so hungry i feel ill and faint then i binge, then i feel guilty for binging then be sick or take laxatives or go to the gym for hours!

I am good if i follow a diet that i eat small but regular, i have a fear of carbohydrates, if i eat bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, chocolate, crisps anything like that, it will end up in the toilet.

ITS NOT THE NOTEBOOK OR THE LAKE HOUSE!! but i think its similar, i have never seen it, just a trailer, there a drawing table, and a woman and man write letter to each other through time. i think the woman is in the 1800's and the man is from this present day?? its not the lake house they were only 2 years apart, this couple are centuries! any ideas??

Im off to the gym now, just waiting a while for breakfast to wear off. i usually go at night, as i think i'm burning off what i ate that day, is this true? why do people exercise very early in the morning?

All the professionals say discard baby milk feeds after 2 hours. im finding soo much milk being wasted because of this rule, but a lot of mums i have spoke to says this is nonsense and they make feeds up, store them in the fridge and warm them when needed, and theyre babies have been fine. is it ok to do this? x

is it really THAT BAD?? im slightly worried theres no signs its coming today, in fact its moving around all happy, but doesnt seem to be heading south. its just hit me im gonna ive birth quite soon and im a little worried about the pain, im usually quite good with pain though x

i have arranged a small baby shower at the last minute, but im not sure what happens at one. I know its quite an american thing but i just fancy having a baby party. I have only invited about 5 friends and the rest will be family, i plan to have a large one after the babys born, more of a "meet baby shower" lol. Im not bothered about presents either as theres nothing anyone can give me that i dont already have, other than keepsake gifts. I just need ideas on how to keep people entertained. I so far have planned, cakes, food and drinks and wii tournaments (just dance etc..) what else?? x

My work cant give me maternity pay because i was a month of for qualifying, so i have to get my mat pay from the job centre. it gets paid weekly and i have handed in the form, payslips etc.. beginning of last week but does anyone know how long it takes?? x

Im 39 weeks pregnant and have a health visitor coming tomorrow morning. What is she coming to do? this is obviously my first pregnancy so haven't had one before. xx

Im 22 weeks pregnant and have een with my BF for almost 6 years but i constnatly feel like hes cheating on me and i cant shake it. i try so much but i always think of things, i was NEVER like this before. I caught him trying to meet with girls on the internet and saw a girls name on his phone, now he keeps his phone on silent an hidden away at all times. He also has his own flat and i asked him tonight, do u want me to come down? he said no just have an early night and ill see you tomorrow. Now im thinking "whos coming down?" ugh am i a paranoid freak is it anything to do with pregnancy??? Hormones??

I'm 21 weeks pregnant and the constipation i have suffered so far has been a nightmare i drink probably 3 litres of water a day because i always feel slightly dehydrated, eat fruit, have high fibre cereal for breakfast, quite active throughtout the day. I have used products like Fybogel & lactalose which dont work. My usual laxatives before Pregnancy were Dulcolax which were amazing, but i read i cant use them. I have used today Enemas and also have Glycerin suppostries which work well but i'm so tired of going through everything to go to the toilet. Before preganancy i was very regular. when does it get easier? or do i have the next 20 weeks or so to suffer?

I know most people say the first 12 weeks is your highest risk for miscarriage, but my mum had a miscarriage at 6 months and i have just heard on the radio today Lily Allen miscarried she was also 6 months. I'm just coming up to being 5 months and it's slightly worrying. ive had 2 miscarrigaes before. My scan says everything was fine, and i feel the baby move constantly even right now! but im a bit scared going into the 6 month stage!
