I put 3K down on a used car from a used car dealership. I was making payments directly to the dealership and on time. They found a funding company that I guess is supposed to be a finance company. The funding company wouldn’t take my payments because I was in the process of switching my insurance which just took 2 days. The company repossessed the car and never sent me any information about what they are doing with the car. I called them on several occasion and all they will tell me is “the car is not for sell”. They reported the repossession with 10K amount to the credit bureau. Can I dispute this off of my credit since they won’t sell the car or won’t even give me information at all after the car was repossessed? It's been 8 months already and I still haven't received a letter or anything. I don't even know if they will try to send me to court. The car had a rebuilt title. I don't know my rights.

Some customer service jobs require people to have thier Bachelor's. What major or majors should people study if they want these kind of jobs?

We have so much fun...We were together for almost a year now...But tonight he was texting someone I could tell...I asked him who he was texting...not in a bad way but just like a kidding voice...and he sad no one so I left it alone...However he was just talking to me about how much he loves me and im different than any other female he has been with...so anyway he got out of the car and left his phone in the seat but didnt know...i didnt kno until he called me when i was around the corner already...i said ill turn around and i did...but i thought about how he always go through my texts so i went through his and unfortunately he was texting another female while he was in the car with me...she asked him if he was going to spend the night again...and he told her maybe when he get home from work at 12 but he was with me until 12:30am...i was so hurt hours ago...i had tears in my eyes..so he came outside and opened my door i nicely gave him his phone and told him to close my door..and i drove off...he called me when i got in the house and acted like i didnt go through it..i brang up the girl and he said he wasnt having sex with her but i told him he was lying and he offered to call her and i asked well what was the numer and he gave me a false number...all he kept saying was she was just a friend but i wasnt listening and i hung up...he called me bck but i didn't answer...i told him in the beginning that i dont like liars...man this hurts so much

I write words/lyrics/texts to instrumentals. A lot of producers has given me instrumentals that they created and told me to write to them. They love my work. However, If one of the songs I write end up on the radio,I would want to get my share. How do I go about doing this? What percentage of the song am I getting out of 200% if I write the lyrics to their instrumental but someone else sings the song?

LOL...My boyfriend...It just seems like he only wants sex...but at the same time he has been doing a coule of nice things that I appreciate like giving me money and all that...we talk a little bit. I am 18. I was at the gas station pumping my gas! I heard a sexy voice say, "Hey, how are you?" When I looked back, I was struck by this sexy 19 year old. I said I'm fine! He was looking nice. I took my boyfriend to his Aunt's house to get some papers. I was out in the car for almost an hour waiting. My mom called and told me to bring the car back. She started yelling and calling me a lot. I tried to wait and blow the horn but he never came out. He left his phone at home. So I pulled off.
