  • What to eat before and after workouts?

    I'm wondering what is the best to have before and after workouts. I run track (hurdles), but now that it is the off season, I am beginning to prepare for next season. I want to get stronger, along with generally getting in shape. I also want to gain 'positive' weight. I've considered liquid meals/ protein shakes, but i'm not sure exactly what i should use to get the most benefit from my workouts.

  • How to clean my retainer after months under my bed?

    So, i lost my retainer a few months ago, and just kinda blew it off. Then i went to the dentist, and he said that if i didn't start wearing it again, i'd have to go back to braces. I had no idea where my retainer was, and my mom wasn't going to spend $300+ dollars on a new one. Ended up finding it under my bed, and now i want to be sure that it is completely clean and germ free! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I was considering going out for my High School football team, but i've never played competitively. I play it a lot, but just pick-up games. I'm pretty good at catching, and i'm really fast. I'm just wondering what you think.
