All I get is a spinning circle, no error message or anything. It is a small picture and it still has not attached itself to the email and it has been over an hour now. I have did what was stated in a question that someone else said to do under Internet Option, Security to enable the navigate across domain or something like that and it still is not working . Someone please help out, this has been going on ever since I got this new computer with Window 8 and running Internet Explorer. Help me, please......

I am trying to install Roxio and it keeps asking for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, my computer was recently reinstalled and now I have none, what am I to do? Should I upload all of them or is the last one good enough. I tried upload 3.5 but it keeps timing out and saying uable to download is this because the others and its service packs are not installed. What do I do? Anyone out there can give me some advice and where to get and what all do I need. Thanks so much
