  • So how dark will the Netflix punisher series be?

. Daredevil is pretty much a dark tale about a man who wants to do good but is also complicated

. Jessica Jones was brutal but a good show

. Luke cage is pretty much a blaxpotation, comic book hybrid (with great music provided by Adrian young and the the wu-tang clan) but doesn't shy away from current events with issues involving what's going on with African Americans without getting preachy

So ballpark how dark will a TV series about a vigilante who's also ex special forcess and who's family was gunned down along with and he's the only survivor? So how dark do you think it will be?

  • Rap/ hip hop: was there a golden era of underground hip hop in the mid 2000s?

Around the mid 2000s I was in middle school and the mainstream rap scene was going downhill with one of the most popular songs being laffy taffy. Being a kid and wanting to fit in I pretended to like that **** and looking back on it, I cringe a little thinking that 12,13,14 year old me listened ton that ****. While rap was starting to go downhill in the mainstream there seemed to be quality albums coming out in the underground. Some that come to mind are cunninlynguists- A piece of strange, little brother the minstrel show, immortal technique- revolutionary volume 2, chino XL- poison pen, ghostface killah- fish scale, both the MF Doom collab albums ( madvillain and danger doom). So was there a great era in underground hip hip that went unnoticed and if the internet is what what is now would these albums have gotten more attention?

  • Exercise: Should I start taking rest days more?

I recently turned 24 and I think I'm starting to slow down a little but. I mean Right now I'm in college, working and on the verge of getting my own place. I plan on getting a gym membership when I get approved for place, the gym is only a nine minute walk from the place I'm planning to move to. Look for most of my workouts its usually just bodyweight stuff like push ups, burpees, sit ups, crunches, dips, pull ups and running (I hate running). I have weights but I usually either curl or do shoulder presses mostly because its only 140 pounds. Recently I've noticed that I'm starting to slow down could it be because of I'm juggling school and work or is it that I'm putting too much effort into my workouts. Just wanna know if I should start taking more rest days?

  • If you could spend a day in a comic book world, where would you go?

I'd go to Gotham, but I'd make sure I'd bring a bullet proof vest and avoid anybody that looks like a clown. I also wonder if I'd get to meet Batman. So what about you?

  • Movies: why is deathstroke the main villain in the upcoming Batman movie?

Look with Ben Affleck directing, writing and staring in the upcoming solo batman film, you know its gonna be good or at least watchable. I mean since in the DC cinematic universe is using a middle aged version of batman and they showed the Jason Todd robin suit I was hoping they'd do the red hood storyline (which is one of my favorite comic book stories ever). Look I like deathstroke and he's a badass but he's more like a reliable mercenary who can outsmart and outfight some of DC universe's biggest hero's but he's never really been main villain material (except when he's fighting teenagers). Look I know their are comics where batman and deathstroke throw down but in the movie does somebody hire him or are they gonna do what they did in Arrow and have him be the leader of a band of highly trained mercenaries? Any thoughts?

  • I've been working out before I go to bed lately bad or good?

I got a job working at a gas station kitchen (we get good reviews for our food) about 2 months ago. Compared to every other job I've ever had it isn't a physically demanding job. I'm also in college and I have one semester and a internship after this semester. When I got the job during the summer i'd come home and wait an hour before i workout but ever since school started I come home and do homework and then go workout and try to watch some TV but I'd crash around 9. I did it yesterday and woke up to my TV and the lights still being on, I turned them both off and went back to sleep. The workout I did was on my light days, it was 200 sit ups, 100 push ups, 100 burpees and a light weight lifting session, I did it before I went to bed. So is working before bed good or bad?

  • Do I a have a fetish for curves?

Look I have always had a thing for girls who weren't fat but weren't skinny either (there's nothing wrong with thin and chubby girls). Even before the whole big *** pretty face thing, I've always had a thing for curvy girls. I can't really explain it but that's always been my preference. I mean I told a friend of mine who's a psych major (and was apparently using me as Guinea pig) and he told me that I fetishize curves? Is he right?

  • My chest has been hurting after my workout lately any advice?

Look I'm in the process of getting a gym membership but for now I usually just do bodyweight and cardio. I have weights but I use to do high rep curls because its not heavy enough to bench with. I've been noticing lately that my chest has been hurting lately, is it because of the push ups or is it that I'm putting to much strain on my body and need to take a much needed rest day? I mean I've been working out religiously for the last 5 years (mostly because I gsined a lot of what was mostly water weight after I graduated from high school) and this has happened before but i've noticed the pain is a little more intense this time, so any advice?
