Evanescent Unicorn

So I'm blonde and fair skinned. That means I blush... profusely. I really really hate it because when I laugh, I turn so red. When I'm mad or sad or when I cry, I turn red too. But it's not just a small blush, I turn so red like a tomato. Not exaggerating. And when I'm embarrassed, I turn a shade of red so dark it's like almost purple. When I talk to the guy I like, I'm sure I turn red at everything and it's embarrassing so it makes me blush even more. Is there any way I can prevent this or at least lessen it? Thanks

So I really really love reading. It makes me happy and I could do it all day but, I have no time to do it. With school work, basketball, chores, and the little bit of social life I have, I can't fit in any time to read. During the summer, since Ai had nothing to do, I would read every day. I read 23 books this summer. But I need help on balancing my time and making space for reading because it's very important to me

She's my best friend but when we text, she ALWAYS talks about herself and never asks about me.If I tell her what I did today or tell her a funny story, she'll just put "lol" If I tell her how I'm feeling or if I rant about something, she'll make a joke or just put "aww"

It gets really frustrating and I've gotten to the point of not trying anymore.

When we talk in person, its usually about herself and if I talk she'll pretend to listen but I can tell she isn't or she'll interrupt me.

I'm getting extremely mad at her and I've hinted at how she only puts "lol"

What should I do? I don't feel like talking to her about it but is there a way I can make her realize what she's doing?

I mostly listen to Alternative/Indie/Folk/Punk (with a few mainstream exceptions) I was wondering if there are any good bands/singers or songs you could reccomend?

I don't like Mumford and Sons, Muse or Metric

Exceptions: I love Marianas Trench, Down With Webster, Avril Lavigne....

I'm blonde and I have fair skin. When I go out "tanning" I burn quickly! So I put on a bit of sunscreen and don't tan at all. I love the sun (even if I burn) so I always read in the sun.

Is there a way to tan and not burn healthily? (no tanning salons?)

So my brother is 3 years older than me but we are in to the same type of things. I need some friends that I can hang out with that live near me (all my friends live like 20-30min away) but my brother is always "working out" or working at his job. If I do try to hang out with him he will either decline or he will agree but never follow through. During the summer when we are off school, I'm always lonely because my brother doesn't make an effort to do anything with me (I've tried with him) or he is at work. What should I do during summer when I'm bored and none of my friends are around?
